"What have I gotten myself into?" I mumbled. I was taking a shower, trying to get the smell of Itachi's scent off me. I scrubbed every part where Itachi touched me. But the only thing I couldn't scrub off was the huge hickey he left on my neck.

'Thanks a lot, Itachi.' I thought, sarcastically. When I was done in the shower, I got dressed and sat at my desk. I began to carve a rabbit out of a piece of wood. I finished it within an hour and set next to my owl carving.

"What should I carve next?" I mumbled to myself. I instantly thought of the dead woman's ghost who was leading me to her corpse about a month back. I still remember her face as if I just met her yesterday. My hands went to work as I began carving the shape of the woman.

I wish I had some paint so I could paint it when I was finished. Maybe I should ask Sasori for some paint. But I've never talked to him before, so it'll be awkward to ask for paint. Hey, I could try, right?

When I was finished carving the woman, I left my desk to and walked down to Sasori's room. I just hope... no, I pray that I don't run into Itachi on the way there and on the way back. I got to Sasori's room without running into Itachi and knocked on his door.

"Go away. I'm busy." I heard him say on the other side. "I'll make it quick." I called. I heard him sigh before saying, "Come in."

I opened his door and found him at his desk, working on a mannequin. "This is a surprise. I didn't expect to ever see you come to my room," He said as he focused on the mannequin. "What do you want?"

"I was hoping you would lend me some of your paint." I requested. "Forget it." Sasori said, quickly. "Why not?" I asked. "Because I don't remember considering you a friend." He replied. "Please? I'm working on something that requires paint." I said.

"And that would be...?"

"Wood carving."

"Wood carving?" Sasori glanced at me, then went back to working on his mannequin. "I didn't know you liked to carve wood." He said. "It's just a hobby. Keeps my brain occupied." I said. "What have you carved so far?" Sasori asked.

"Mostly just animal shapes. I recently started carving the image of a woman I met about a month ago, and I need paint to complete her shape." I explained.

"A woman? You found someone of interest while you were on your mission with Itachi?"

"Well... Not exactly."

"Then, how did you meet this woman?"

"It's a long story."

How do I explain to him that the woman was a ghost and she needed my help in finding her body? "What happened to your neck?" Sasori asked, suddenly. "W-What?" I asked.

"Your neck. There's some sort of bruise on it. Did something happen on your mission yesterday?" He asked as he continued to work on his mannequin. "Um, no. Nothing happened," I lied. "So, can I borrow some paint?"

Sasori sighed and stepped away from his desk. "Fine. Take what you need and go so I can get back to my work. But return them the minute you're finished using them. Got it?" He instructed. "I will. Thank you." I said.

I took a few colors and some paintbrushes, then left his rom. When I returned my room, I closed the door and went back to work. I carefully and delicately began painting the woman's figure, then moved onto my owl carving when I was finished with her.

I spent about two hours working on my carvings before returning Sasori's supplies after I cleaned them.

Now that I think about it, I should go out and buy my own supplies for stuff like these. And maybe some paint for Sasori, too, as a thanks for letting me borrow his paint.

I looked down at my shirt and noticed I got some paint on it. I went over to my drawer and began looking for a new shirt. "Damn. Where the hell is my favorite shirt?" I mumbled with a frown. Did I leave it somewhere else?

Wait a minute... Oh, shit. Did I leave it in Itachi's room?

I gave an irritated sigh before heading down the hallway to retrieve my shirt. "Itachi?" I called out quietly as I opened his door. I looked around to find the room empty. I entered the room and began looking for my shirt.

It took me about twelve seconds to find my shirt as it was lying near Itachi's bed. "I better get the fuck out of here before Itachi comes back." I said to myself. I quickly exited the room, made a sharp left turn, and bumped into someone.

I lifted my head and my heart instantly sank to my stomach when I found out that I had bumped into Itachi.

"What were you doing in my room?" He asked. "I had to get my shirt back." I explained. I made an attempt to walk past him, but he grabbed my wrist and pinned me against the wall. "What? What did I do wrong now?" I asked, trying to get my wrists out of his hold.

"You entered your master's room without permission." He smirked. "I already told you I'm nobody's pet!" I said.

"I lied to Pein to keep you from getting in trouble with him. That means you're in my debt. Not to mention, it was you who said you'd do anything I ask of you." Itachi stated.

"I'm in your debt, idiot! That doesn't mean I'm your fucking pet! Do you know the difference between the two, stupid?! And there's no way in hell I'm calling you 'Master'. I'd rather die than do that." I said, frowning.

For some odd reason, Itachi smirked at my comment. "That's fine. You don't have to call me that now. But you will soon." He said. "In your dreams, Uchiha. Now let me go already. I have something to do." I said.

"No, I don't think so. I feel like having a little fun right now."
