Nia's POV
"What do you mean no?" I growl at Lauren, getting irritated with her very quickly. She rolls her eyes at me, stating,
"I mean no, you can not use my Hounds to hunt down Molly and Wiktor."
"And why is that?" I harshly ask, my anger building up. Since the incident earlier today with Saber, it's the only emotion I allow myself to feel. It's the only one that doesn't hurt.
"Simple. They are my Hounds, and I don't want them to waste time hunting down two people just because you don't like them." Lauren answers, acting confident. Too confident.
Growling, I stride forward and grab Lauren by the throat, holding her arms down using Darkness. With my free hand, I reach behind her back and sink my claws in between her shoulder blades, causing her rainbow colored wings to shoot out of her back. I snarl,
"I might not be able to control you because you don't have Darkness in you, but that can change. There's also other methods of persuasion for you to do what I want." Using a strand of Darkness, I pluck a feather from her right wing. Lauren flinches, but doesn't scream like I need her to. It's the only way to get Darkness in her. She's protected since she's an angel.
"What are you trying to do? You know Darkness can't corrupt me. I'm protected." Lauren smirks, starting to struggle in my grasp, attempting to escape. Chuckling, I lean towards Lauren, whispering,
"All angels can fall." I snap the main bone in her right wing, causing her to loudly scream. It gives Darkness the opportunity to corrupt her, and the Darkness takes it. It rushes into her mouth, going through all of her body and corrupting her. I let go of Lauren, letting her drop to the floor. She grasps her throat, coughing and choking on the Darkness that is waging a war inside her against her natural angelic Light.
With a confident smirk on my face, I gleefully watch her bent over on the ground coughing as her Light pathetically tries to overcome my superior Darkness. Finally, after a couple minutes, Lauren's coughing stops. She stands up straight, the light in her eyes replaced by cruelty. In a monotone voice, she bows then asks,
"What do you require from me, Your Majesty?" With an evil smile, I look upon my creation with wicked glee.
She is perfect.
Now, all I have to do is make another one, and I know the perfect angel to do it to.
Angel's POV
"I can't believe this," I state, wearily sinking into my bed next to where Inferno is lying on it. "I thought for sure Saber being here would help her veer away from becoming the Destroyer, but it seems to have done the opposite. Now she's just filled with anger." I fall back on my bed, lying next to Inferno and staring up at my ceiling, which I painted - with Lauren's help - to look like the night sky. She's always been better at art than me, but it's understandable since she's a creation angel.
"Don't worry, I'm sure everything will sort itself out. You don't need to stress over it," Inferno replies, taking my hand in his. I turn my head to look at him, seeing that he is already gazing and smiling at me. I smile back, loving how his eyes flicker more wildly, "Your eyes are such a pretty pink color right now, it's beautiful. I never thought I'd be a fan of pink until now." He murmurs, making me giggle.
