The last chapter title was weird to me. I changed it but it caused problems so I just kept it as 'Confusion'. unfortunately I now have gym😞. Sorry I haven't updated in a week or so, I've been so busy and barely had time to write.

Ray POV:

I put all the groceries where they belonged and decided to make dinner tonight for me and my baby.

I decided to make something light, so chicken and waffles. It's the best I could do, I needed cooking skills.
While I was frying the chicken I decided to check up on Liz to see if she made it over safely.

*Call Convo*

E-hello?

R-hey babe

E-oh. Hi sweetie.

R-just wanted to check up on you and make sure your safe.

E-mmhm. Yup.

R-baby, you alright there?

E-never better

R-are you su-

E-yes I'm sure! I'll see you in a few minutes.

R-aight bye babe. Love you

E-love you too

I don't know what's up with Liz but she needs to stop acting strange. As I was finishing the last batch of waffles, I heard distant tv noises. I followed the sounds which lead me to the living room. Wow Lucas and Ki were on the couch making out.

I cleared my throat as they turned around. "Hello to you two"

"Hey" they said in unison.

"Since when y'all get here?"

"Been here way before you came home. You just didn't notice us" Ki said getting off of Lucas.

"So why didn't y'all make a sound?" How are they going to just be in the house and not let me know.

"Mhmh" they said in unison

"Aye little girl, you better tell me when your ever here. I'm still watching over you."

"Yeah yeah we know"

"Y'all finally date?"

"Yup!" Ki yelled and kissed Lucas once more.

The sound of the front door came ringing into our ears. I didn't think I'd be this happy to see Liz. Before she could even reach the living room, I ran up to her, picked her up while spinning us around, kissing her lips and neck. "Baby I missed you so much!" I held her in a tight hug so her face was buried in my chest.

"Yoisnenejfnibdbs" she mumbled.

"What?" I let go of her.

"I said you've seen me a couple hours ago."

I took a look at her and something was definitely different.

Elizabeth POV:

"Oh. I knew that." She giggled. "Does Ray know?"

"I really don't want to tell him yet...what do I do?"

"Well babes, I think you should just tell him right when you get home. Maybe not right when your at the door but, sometime tonight." She suggested.

"I really don't want to" I sighed really loud.

"It's for the best. You should get going before he gets suspicious" She hauled me off the bed dropping me on the floor.

My phone rang and it so happened to be him.

*Call Convo* (it was in Ray's POV)

I knew when I get home he'd be mad because I knew the way I was acting was strange but I was really nervous.

"Alright drive me" Amanda got her keys and we headed out the door.

"Alright bye Manda. I'll call if there is an issue." I hugged her before getting out the car.

I stood infront of the door taking deep breaths. I finally opened it and the scent of waffles and chicken went into my nose.

I walked in heading over to the living room. Before I could reach it Ray was attacking me with kisses.

"Baby I missed you so much!" He held me in a tight hug so my face was buried in his chest.

"Yoisnenejfnibdbs" I mumbled.

"What?" He let go of me.

"I said you've seen me a couple hours ago." I chuckled.

He backed up and took a glance at me. "You look strangely different. But besides that I made dinner" he said eagerly. I don't know what's up with him but he is so happy. I would hate to ruin the night for him.

Ki ran to me hugging me tight. "Hi love!" Shouty much? "hey girl" Lucas hugged me and kissed my forehead. Why is everyone so weird right now?

We all headed to the table and made our plates. We said grace before eating.

I'd have to admit, Ray's cooking tonight was bomb! Even though it was something so so so simple, it tasted like a piece of heaven. Kiana took all of our plates and headed to the kitchen to wash em' up.

I looked up to see Ray smiling at me. I smiled and blushed hiding my face. I felt his finger under my chin lifting my face up. "Don't hide that smile girl. I love seeing you blush." He kissed my nose.

I feel so guilty inside. I think it's best if I told him now. I pulled him towards our bedroom sitting him on the bed. The guilt came once again as I looked back at his face because he thought he was getting some tonight! I shut the door, standing infront of him.

"Ray..I have a confession"

"Uhm... today when I was walking to Manda's house. I-I got r-raped in an alley. I didn't see who it was either but some really nice guy found me and took me to the hospital. I'm so sorry Ray"
