Chapter 28

Kiana POV:

I woke up for school dragging myself to the bathroom. Lucas spent the night. I took a shower and lotioned my body, I started brushing my teeth then washed my face. I went back into my room waking Lucas up for his turn.

I picked out an outfit which was light washed jeans, black tank, army green jacket,and black moccasins. It was snowing outside so I added a black beanie and black infinity scarf.

As I was walking to the kitchen to eat, I kissed Lucas's shoulder asking him what he wanted. "Let's go out instead."

Going out it is. I straightened my hair real quick and gathered my belongings heading out to his car. This nigha was still on his hair. He finally came out and we was on our way to Dunkin Donuts.

We arrived at school 10 minutes before the first bell rung. He turned the heat up while I scanned the campus, usual groups outside in this snow.

I was so caught up in my thoughts that I didn't feel Lucas kiss up on my neck. "Stoppp I'm not in the mood, it's cold, and were at school"

"The heat is on and were good right here"

He was really getting on my nerves. I shifted my body to the window trying my best to ignore him. He tugged on my arm, "girl if you don't get over here" he said goofy while kissing all around my face. I couldn't help but smile. I gave in and kissed back.

We exited the car entering the school hand in hand. We went to our usual group greeting them. "Hey bestfriend!" Dion said. "If you call my girl yo best friend one more time you getting fucked up" I love Lucas' jealousy.

I wouldn't trade him for anything.

Lucas POV:

The first bell rung and all the students scattered around the halls. While putting my hand on her ass, I started walking Kiana to her first period class.

"Dang Lucas you already can't keep your hands off me."

"Your my girl, I shouldn't have to"

I don't know why I've been more touchy with Kiana but I want all of her, I seriously got love for her. I'm not going soft but she makes a spot melt. She stared singing a part of 'Rather Be' in a different melody. She never hits a high note but she did it now, all I could do was stare at her with love in my eyes. (A/N- yall saw that vine?)

I don't know why I ever decided to kill her back in December last year, I truly now know what it means to love someone, and I vow to protect her.

"Lucas are you listening?!" she snapped her fingers in my face. "We arrived, I'll see you later baby" she stood on her tippy toes and pecked my lips, but I wanted more. I pulled her back into me tonguing her down. She smiled and giggled during the kiss. I slapped her ass before walking off to my class.

This girl.

Ray POV:

After Kiana and Lucas left I woke up but still laid in bed. I put my arms behind my head as Liz turned over wrapping her arms and leg over my body.

All I could think was that I fucked up. I have a beautiful wife and baby, what more could I need but I clearly wasn't thinking at the time. It was eating me alive that I hurt the girl that has been through it all with me and stuck with me all these years.

Today was the day I cut all ties with the hoe. I slipped out of bed going to check on my baby. She was up making googgling noises kicking her feet. She is my twin.

I picked her up kissing her chubby cheeks. "Goodmorning daddy's baby. You must be hungry" I took her to the fridge getting some of Liz's breast milk. I heated it, taste tested it (BOMB ass milk), and fed Aniyah. I put her in Liz's arms and got ready to leave.

It was 5 minutes to 10. I parked two houses down from hers. I knocked on the door waiting for her to respond. She opened the door in a tight sports bra and shorts, her skin glowing.

"Aw you came back for more?" she smirked.

"Actually no, I just wanna say whatever we had is over"

"Wha-what. What chu mean it's over?!"

"I mean what I said. It's over, I love my wife and my daughter"

"Nigha she ain't even yo wife! and if you really loved them why did you cheat?" she crossed her arms perching her lips.

"I was dumb back then and wasn't getting none. So don't call me no more, leave me alone and we're done. Have a nice day" I turned back walking to my car.

"It ain't over yet Rayan!" she yelled behind me.

I sat in the car wiping my hands over my face. What did I get myself into. I started the engine driving off to work.

Elizabeth POV:

I was awaken by Aniyah licking my nose. She must be hungry. I lifted up rubbing my eyes, taking her into my arms, going into the kitchen. I tried feeding her some milk but she jerked back.

I placed her on the island getting a peaches pack. I ripped off the lid sucking the juices out. I placed the pack in front of her and watched her pick at it.

She stuffed a peach into her mouth smiling. She finished the pack and I decided to take her a bath. I bathed her and picked out a red zebra onesie, and fire reds. I pulled her little curls into a clip and she was good to go. I grabbed the baby bag and also a jacket and hat for her. I knocked on Mrs. Rose's door waiting for her to answer. This snow was no joke.

"Morning Mrs.Rose. Here to drop Aniyah."

"Yes, my favorite baby" she said kissing her cheeks.

"I'll be back to pick her up around 6 ish or so? I'll call."

"Ok baby. Bye bye now" she waved me off while Aniyah waved at me as well cheesing.

I ran back into the house doing my hygiene and my hair. I picked out an easy outfit and grabbed my course binder. Class starts at 12 and right now it's 11:20. One more week of this and I'll be taking the test. I got my keys and headed out the door to Subway.

I arrived to class throwing away my subway bag. I punched in, greeting my instructor and friends. As soon as I hit my seat, Julius sat right next to me.

"Hey gorgeous"

"Hello to you too"

"What are you doing tonight?"

"Watching my kid,-"

"You ain't got a babysitter?"

"Why"

"Let's go out tonight"

"I have a boyfriend. Excuse me, husband" I don't understand why 'husband' doesn't get through his head.

"Well when you gon let me smash?" He asked rubbing my thighs. I threw his hands off my thighs sighing.

"We aren't in high school no more. It's time to look for a serious relationship. You know, someone to hold you down"

"You right ma, I don't know why but I keep getting attracted to you. I feel like your really the only one for me"

"That's flattering Julius but I have a man"

"Hit me up when you don't" he left the table.

The teacher started teaching the class. Class began.
