Chapter 30

Elizabeth POV:

*ahead of time*

Finally class was over and I could go hoomeee. Today demonstrators were in the class as well which only means I'm getting closer to my dreams. Besides being bothered by Julius, class was great.

I carefully drove home parking my car in the garage. I crossed over my lawn knee high-ing in the snow reaching Mrs. Rose's door. Before I could knock she opened the door wide.

"I knew you were coming now dear"

I smiled while chuckling. "Thank you Rose. I appreciate this sooo much" I kissed her cheek taking Aniyah and her belongings. I unlocked the door kicking my foot on the mat. The house was dark.

I put on all the lights in the house then went to my bedroom. Aniyah was making baby noises while looking at me. "Your trying to talk? trying to talk mama's baby?" I tickled her stomach.

Each day she's looking like Darrell. Yeah, it was him who raped me, Jawan sent him blah blah we killed him. Never in a million years I would've thought he'd rape me.

She has a chocolatey skin tone, fat-small lips, also has my eyes so it's all good. The house was so quiet. I assume Kiana is with Lucas but where's Ray?

I decided to call one of his friends at work to see where he's at. It rung twice before he answered. "Hello?"

"Hey, do you know where Ray is?"

"He left a few hours ago"

"Oh really." I said sarcastically.

"Yeah ma, I'll call him up for you"

"That would be great. Thanks again"

I hung up laying back on the bed. Now where the hell could he be. As I was trying to think of places he'd go my phone went off. I opened the message from an unknown number.

It was a video and picture of Ray fucking some girl and her sucking his dick. What the actual fuck! I put Aniyah back into her winter garments, got mine and left.

Ray POV:

After I left Tasha's house I went to go visit Chresanto's grave. I know I'm screwing up everything but I just can't help myself. He told me to tell Liz before anyone else does and just come clean with her. That sounded like the right thing to do even though I might die.

I wanted to come home later so I waited till 9. I already can sense Liz is gonna bitch at me for coming late again.

I got home only seeing Kiana here but Liz and Aniyah were gone.

"Hey Ki you've seen Liz and Niy?"

"Nah. I was asleep so I don't know a thing" She went back to talking to Lucas.

I called her phone 3 times but she didn't pick up. Thoughts started going through my mind, what if she knows about the affair, what if she leaves me? I needed to clear my head so I took a hot shower letting the bathroom fog up.

All I can do now is wait for her to come home. I doubt she's in any trouble.
