Chapter 13

I wake up before the sun even rises. I can't sleep with my mind running a million miles per second. I just need some water.

I began to walk down the stairs quietly, hoping that I don't wake Liam because I want him to sleep as long as possible. I hate how he always looks at me like I'm a lost puppy or something. I'm okay.

I look in the wide open living area that has the kitchen to the side, my kitchen. The dream kitchen that I've always wanted. I walk into the kitchen and flick on a small light. I look through all of the large cupboards until I find the glasses.
I pull out one of the tallest ones and walk over to the fridge, and press down the ice button. I probably should have thought that through. The ice clatters into the glass and some miss the glass and fall onto the floor.

I quickly remove my glass and pick up the ice cubes before they melt. I throw them into the sink and return to my mission of getting a glass of water. The water thankfully goes into my glass quietly and without a problem.

"Lexi?" Liam calls from the bottom of the stairs. He has a deep royal blue robe,
It looks so soft.

"Yeah, I didn't mean to wake you. I was just getting a glass of water. I can't sleep"
I hold my head while taking a small sip of water from the glass in my shaky hands.

He looks at the clock and then turns back to me.

"It is 6:00am, so it's ok. It's better to get an early start to the day I guess. The premiere is tonight." He says smiling.

I shiver as I realize I'm only wearing some plush shorts and a top. He excuses him self and walks back up the stairs, and I go sit on the couch and turn on the large T.V to the news since there is nothing good to watch this early.

"One Directions new movie "This Is Us" comes out later today. Who will be at premiere? I'm sure we will see a lot of familiar faces!" Says the little reporter lady on the t.v with an awfully happy voice. Just as she does Liam lays a lavender robe on my lap and sits next to me with some coffee in his hands.

"We know that 4/5 of Little Mix will be there, but what about Lexi? That's what everyone is wanting to know!" Says the lady again as a picture of Liam and I pops up in the corner of the screen. We are laying on out stomachs on a beautiful Caribbean beach. We look beautiful.

"We will see family, friends, and lovers all here tonight! So make sure you watch the livestream! We will be getting all the details from Zerries engagement to Lexi's Amnesia!" Liam suddenly clicks off the T.V and looks to me.

"Lexi" he breaths heavily "you really don't have to go if you don't want to.."

"I do" I say and his eyes pop open.

"Are you positive? Perrie will kill me if anything happens to you!" Liam laughs and I nod and laugh back.

I stand up and stretch out my body while taking another long drink of my coffee. It soothes my whole body and I look towards Liam again. He starts to talk about all the places I could go get my hair done or where I can get my dress. He begins to place calls for everything. The premiere is at 3 so I still have plenty of time.

I pull out my phone that I have just realized is really fancy and complicated. I look through my phone that I have always wanted. I have tons of celebrity phone numbers. I look through my apps and see a twitter. My certified twitter. I log on and see a lot of post to me. Thousands. Lots of fans of both Little Mix and One Direction sending all of there love to me. For once I feel special, until I keep scrolling. I see a line of hate saying that they hope I die and other hurtful things and my self esteem drops.

Liam has seen my expression change, so he comes over and rubs my back and looks at my phone, seeing all the hate.

"You can't let them get to you" he whispers to me. I am flooded with relief just with his voice. It's really weird how it works.

I nod and go into my main profile so I can post a tweet. All I write is a simple "<3" and all of a sudden I see it already has thousands of retweets. Before I know it, "#lexiisback" is trending worldwide on Twitter. I take a minute to look at my profile picture in adoration. It's just Liam and I laying in our stomachs on that beach.. The same picture that was on the TV earlier! It's really nice.

"Lexi, do you want to text Perrie? She says she still needs a dress for tonight and she will help you shop!" Liam says while taking the phone off of his ear.

"Oh.. Uh" I stutter. I really like her, but I'm still a little nervous because I don't remember too much about her. "Yeah I do want to go with her."

I send her a quick text message and she responds and re assures me that she will pick me up soon so we can all get ready together.

I haven't been this excited in a long time.
