Giving Up Is Something I Do Often.

New Acquaintance

I was walking down the hall way thinking that I’m almost leaving this place to go to college I have one more year here. I’m excited but scared of my future. I know everything is going to be okay but sometimes things in my head are going around and around that nothing is ever going to be alright. I look at my locker and I find a gorgeous face standing next to it with a flower in his hand. He says   

“Hello beautiful, How was your morning today?”   

He leans in for a kiss. I kiss him.   

“Very boring.” I said smiling.   

“really well what about if we change that right now.”   

He leaned in for a kiss but one of the teachers says   

“No kissing in the hall!!”   

“yes sir” Justin says.   

And the teacher walks away. I start to laugh after the teacher turns at the end of the hallway.   

“I have to get to class anyways” I said.   

“yes ma’am” Justin said sarcastically.   

“So are you going to come see me play today?” he asked me.   

“I don’t know, because I don’t think my boyfriend will approve of me going to your game. I’m sorry." I said.   

“Well just come ill nock your boyfriend out if he has a problem.”   

“Okay sure.”   

“Alright all see you babe.”   

He said and ran down the hallway because he was almost late to class. I walked into 1st period and I sat down. All my friends say hi. Then suddenly someone comes threw the door. It’s a girl she’s about 5’8 about my height, blonde hair and hazel eyes. The teacher announces that she’s a transfer from Tennessee her name is Cassie Corman. She gives a fake smile and waves. I smile at her to make her feel welcomed. The teacher sits her right next to me. I start to copy the notes on the board. And then suddenly a paper comes out of my binder it flies and Cassie grabs it. She gives it to me   

“Thanks” I said with a big smile.   

“Your Welcome.” She replies.   

Suddenly the teacher had to go out of the room so everyone started to chat. I open my binder and Cassie asks   

“Is that your boyfriend?” and points at the front cover of my binder with a picture of me and Justin at the beach.   

“yeah that’s him. Wait how did you know he was my boyfriend?”   

“Oh because I saw him by you locker with a flower in his hand and plus when you guys kissed I totally knew you guys were an item.”   

“Oh.” I said.   

Then the teacher came back and we started to copy the notes again. At that moment I really wasn’t getting a good vibe off of Cassie she seemed weird to me after what she told me. I thought to myself was she spying on me how come she saw us kissing if all the new students are always in the office before we go to class. Well then the bell rang I got up and went to my next class. And to make things better she was in my other class to. But thank God she didn’t sit next to me. Even tough I really didn’t know Cassie I really didn’t like her. She seemed noisy and stuff and she seemed really weird. I kind of taught she was scary. Next period she was there to. At that moment I was seriously freaked out she had mainly all my classes. But I was glad I was going to lunch. Well the lunch bell rang. I grabbed my food and sat down. Then after Justin came and said
