Thylane
I moved my arms as my fingers hovered above the keys of the piano. I have been playing the piano since I was five years old. My mother played the piano as well. I guess I have inherited my likes for music from her. I play the violin but my love for singing, it's the thing that I most passionate about. Anxiety and nervousness gripped my chest like a vine it was hard to breathe. I didn't know if it was the tabloids or the fact that he was not as good as my family think he is. Hedefinitelydidn't have a good reputation, especially among the girls. A cold heartless bastard- according to them.
A shrilling sound that came from a horror movie rang across the room as I hit all my fingers on the keys- clearly frustrated.
"I don't think you are doing it right." I low voice made me snap out of my stupor and turned my head towards the door.
I almost fell off my seat as I was staring at the man standing by the door. He looked shocked for a moment. He attempted to say something. He cleared his throat and composed himself. I did the same and stood up.
"Uh, can I help you?" I asked innocently.
" I was just about to get you." He declared, his voiced laced with annoyance.
Rude
My jaw hit the floor immediately. I was finding a hard time thinking about my reply. Who is this random guy? How could he speak to me like that inside my own house. Is he? Oh my god. My eyes widen at the realization.
I took a second glance at him. His a mixture of gold and brown hair sat atop his head and my eyes travelled down his aristocratic nose. His sharp jawline moved when he clenched his teeth as I now stare at his full pink lips. My eyes snapped back to his now scrunched up face – dark thick brows that framed his perfect face was now drawn together.
That is totally him!
"Are you..." Before I could even ask him.
"Are you done staring? Because I am really hungry. Unless you want me to eat you?" He implored with a smirk before he left to go downstairs, leaving me standing with my mouth hanging open.
I'm marrying that asshole?

The dinner was going shockingly smooth. I am trying so hard not to stick this fork up Luca's throat. I am seated opposite of him at the middle of the dining table. Good thing he never spared a glance at me or I would've gauged is eyeballs out.
"Looks like someone can't get their eyes off you Luca" My brother whispered in my ear with a teasing smile plastered on his face. I glared daggers at him. I looked around the table and my parents and Luca's parents stopped their conversation, smiled while glancing my way and over to Luca's. Luca's gaze caught my attention. He was smiling like an idiot. A handsome idiot. Not that I would really mention that. I only just observed how handsome he really is. No, handsome was an understatement. He was gorgeous. His face was sculpted to perfection. His hair was a mixture of gold and brown and it too, was gelled faultlessly. And his eyes, they were the color of the forest. I notices how his muscles flexed under his suit. Maybe, he goes to the gym a lot. He doesn't have a big frame. He's something in between but he is very lean. I realized I was staring at him so hard. I glanced at my plate and continued eating.
"I noticed." Luca said as he continued eating. Bastard.
They already talked about their future plans and that included our engagement party. I never really paid so much attention since I know for the fact that I don't have a say in this matter.
