Thylane
"Theo" I said softly. My gaze bore into the gentleman's face in front of me. His eyes were piercing grey and complimented his olive skin tone. His hair was dark as the ravens' feathers.
He smiled sweetly, just enough to show his perfectly straight white teeth. "Thylane" He breathed." I thought I'd see you soon, but not this soon." He said as he touched my shoulders and pulling me closer to him. I breathed in his soft scent and that's all it took to bring back the memories of what happened a few weeks ago before I left school.
"What are you doing here?" I asked him as I pulled myself away from him. "I mean you're supposed to be in London." I stated. He just gave off a hearty chuckle and shrugged.
" I guessed I just missed the sunny L.A."
"So, you're here for vacation?" I asked him. We were still at the hallway leading up to the bathroom so I started walking towards the tables. He too started walking, slowing down his pace to match mine so we are now walking side by side.
"Uh, you can say that. Actually I am visiting my cousin here and also to spend some quality time with the family." He said as we continued walking towards the tables.
"Wait, you live here?" I stopped walking and turned to him. He faced me and laughed once again. "No, I live in Italy. Remember?" He said with a thick Italian accent just enough to melt every girls heart.
"So you're cousin lives here? But he's Italian right?" I asked curiously. I realized I was prying too much so I apologized immediately." You know you don't have to answer that, sorry for prying." I said I ducked my head down in embarrassment. He lifted my chin with his fingers. He smiled at me and my heart almost left my body. His grey eyes piercing through mine and I feel like I'm about to faint.
"You don't have to be sorry Thylane. Listen, I really need to go. I'll be seeing you soon again. Don't think I forgot what I told you Thylane." I blushed remembering his words few weeks ago. I like you. The words playing repeated in my head. He loves me and I couldn't even say it back.
He pulled me close and nuzzle the top of my head. " See you the soonest, tesoro mio." He said against my hair, leaving me in the hallway with my jaw on the floor.

When I came back to our table, the meals were already served and the Giardinis were just waiting for me. I mumbled a quick apology as I hastily sat on my chair. When I glanced at Luca, he was already wearing an irritated look. He doesn't like waiting. I remembered. I just shrugged it off and started eating.
After we ate, Luca drove me home. His grandparents were fetched by their driver so Luca can have me all to himself as what his grandmother said. I rolled my eyes in my head at that. Luca would probably kill me right then and there if given the chance than to have me all to himself.
Now I am inside the car with Luca, playing with my phone. There was really no point in talking to him. It's just like talking to a stone. I was slightly taken aback when my phone rang.
Gab calling...
Luca glanced over me for a moment then his eyes focused on the road again.
"Gab!" I said as I hear my brother's voice on the other line.
"T, how are you holding up? Is your foot okay now?" He asked worriedly.
"Yeah, it was just a sprain anyways. So how was Dubai?" I said, changing the topic.
"A sprain is still a sprain T, have you gone to the doctor?"
I sighed heavily. "It was just a sprain Gab and it's fine now. Can you just let it go please?"
