After I finished taking a shower, I quickly went to my closet. Of course, I was limping the whole time. I checked my bathroom drawers for spare clothes. I really wouldn't want to go inside my bedroom where Luca was waiting for me, probably, with nothing but a robe on. I might trip and expose all my glory to him. Seriously, no.

I yanked the drawer opened and found an delicate white summer dress. This will do. I also looked for another spare undergarments and I luckily found a pair. After I dressed, I quickly did my make-up. I was still applying my red lipstick when I heard a knock on the door.

"Are you not done yet? It's literally Christmas Eve now." Luca said against the bathroom door. I just rolled my eyes and sealing the lipstick shut and placed it on my bathroom sink. I walked outside the bathroom and went straight to my closet, never caring whether Luca was staring at me because I am practically looking like a Walking Dead zombie right now. I walked up to the area where my shoes are situated. I groaned as I realized I wouldn't be able to wear heals. In the end, I just settled for an white sneaker with a red accent that matched the color of my lips.

Luca was still staring at me when I walked out of the closet. More like limped out of the closet. He was now sitting on my bed, legs crossed and his arms crossed over his chest.

"Can you please stop staring?" I said as I walked pass him, grabbing my purse on my bedside table.

"You can actually speak!" He said with a fake surprise. He was now walking towards me trapping me between the wall and him. He held my gaze longer than I am comfortable. I can literally see his long eyelashes from this view. His green eyes, the color of the forest, has turned a shade darker. His plump lips turned into a smirk I almost want to smack his pretty face.

One second we were having a staring contest, next thing I knew I was already cradled by Luca outside my room. His hands were underneath my legs and the other on my back. I blushed so hard I hoped he hadn't noticed.

"Put me down Luca!" I struggled against him, wanting to be free from his hold.

"And let you walk? We're already an hour late. " He continued walking and now we are currently nearing the front doors.

"I said put me down this instant! I have a sprain. What do you take me for, a handicapped?" I said still struggling to get down.

"Fine." He said as he dropped me on the floor. My butt came in contact with the floor but my arms and legs were still held by Luca.

"Fine. Do whatever you want Alexandra." He said as he finally let me go and walked outside of the house.

I groaned loudly as I try to stand up. When I was finally able to, I was suddenly tossed on Luca's shoulders. His butt now on my view and legs was held by Luca as he went straight to the car, throwing me into the passenger seat. I HATE HIM SO MUCH! I HATE HIM TO THE MOON AND BACK. Gosh, he's such an asshole. Who would want to marry him.

When I heard his door slammed shut, I glared at him but to no avail, he just kept his gaze on the road as I felt the engine of the car start. I fastened my seat belt and scooted away from Luca as far as possible. The car started running. I glanced at Luca, he was wearing a straight face as usual. He was biting his lips as he concentrated on the road in front of him.

"Stop gawking."

Blushed crept to my face as I look away immediately. The atmosphere inside the car was awkward. I was sure I heard Luca's breathing for a second. I felt the car stop as the green signal light turned red. I felt Luca glanced sideways but I never held his gaze. If stares could kill, I would've been dead by now.
