Chapter 2: The Seven Imposters

"I think that they're all coming soon," I quietly told Harry.

"Are you okay, Madison?" Harry asked me, sitting down on the floor next to me.

I gave a trembling sigh and stuttered out, "I should have gotten my period five days ago. I have a 10% chance of having kids because of... Greyback."

Harry out his arm around me, and I found myself leaning my head onto his shoulder. He rubbed my back.

"If we get through this- and I have kids with Ginny, and you can't have any... you'll be the godmother to all of them," Harry smiled at me.

I suddenly slapped my older twin brother on the back of his head.

"Don't say if! Say when! We'll get through this!" I scolded him.

He removed his arm from around me and rubbed the back of his head, his face scrunching up in confusion.

"But what if we don't?"

I scoffed, "We will. We have something they don't have, Harry. We have hope."

Harry gave me a sad smile.

Suddenly, about 14 pops filled the air, and I knew the sound could only be one thing: our ride to the Burrow.

"Madison!" George's familiar voice echoed through the hall.

I turned around, my red locks whipping me in the face.

I found myself running into the arms of George Weasley, soon kissing his lips with a feverish passion.

It was almost as if nobody else existed- it was only George and I. Just us- there was no threat, no Voldemort, nothing.

George's tongue slipped into my mouth, and my hands ran through his orange locks, and his mouth soon moved to my jawline.

"So, I'm still here," coughed Harry.

George and I broke apart. My cheeks heated up, and George's freckled cheeks lit up with a slight pink hue.

"Where's everybody else?" I asked George, squeezing his hand.

"In the living room. I just wanted to greet you first," George told me before he captured my lips in a quick peck.

I giggled, and Harry was making gagging noises from behind me.

"Well, lets go. I want to get the hell out of here," I bluntly stated.

George and Harry gave a small laugh.

Together, the three of us walked into the parlor. There was about eleven people in total in the parlor.

Kingsley, Tonks, Remus, Mr. Weasley, Mad-Eye, Bill, Fleur, Fred, Ron, Hermione and Hagrid. All of these people here were risking their lives for Harry and I. I wouldn't allow it.

"Harry! Madison!" Ron and Hermione shouted in excitement at the same time.

I felt myself grinning and giving them both hugs. Harry followed my actions.

"So what's the plan? I want to get out of here," I asked the adults, knowing that I would get a more truthful version of what is about to happen.

"Well, the plan is to have some of us take a polyjuice potion to become you two," Mad-eye began, as he pointed to Harry and I, "and we will all go to the burrow with companions."

"No," I replied, my voice short and to the point.

"We have to do it. Especially since you two are still underage," Mr. Weasley told me.

I sighed. "Fine."

Hermione suddenly came up behind Harry and I and took strands of our hair.

"Ow! Did you have to do it that hard, Hermione?" Harry groaned.

"Yes," Hermione replied. "Here you go, Mad-Eye."

Mad-eye put my hair in one concoction and Harry's hair in another. I saw the pollyjuice potion that had my hair in it turn and ugly green color. I shriveled my nose at the stench of it.

"I guess that color portrays my life," I mumbled to my elder twin brother, who smirked and let out a little laugh.

"Not funny, we have to get ready to go... People might be watching..." Mad-eye grumbled.

Hermione, Fleur, and Tonks took my potion, and I saw them turn into me, while Fred, George, Ron and Fletcher turned into Harry.

"We'll be traveling by brooms. Harry, Madison- you'll be with Hagrid."

We were soaring through the night sky, our wands at the ready.

Hagrid, on his flying blue motorcycle, swerving in and out of the clouds that filled the night sky.

My wrist suddenly gave me a sharp feeling of pain, and I winced.

"Harry," I muttered to my brother, who sat next to me, "he's near. We have to go faster-"

All of a sudden, I turned my head and saw a pale face with glowing red eyes the color of blood in the distance. It was Voldemort. His black robes blended into the dark sky, and if one was unaware that he was wearing them, they might believe that he had no body, and was just a head floating in midair.

Voldemort cried out, "AVADA KEDAVA!"

Harry and I raised our wands to create a shield around us. It protected us, but Hedwig was in the distance and flew in between the Dark Lord and us. She was struck by the green light of the killing curse, and she fell out of the sky, her snowy white wings flapping one last time. She fell from the sky with grace, and peace.

Voldemort fled the scene. The sky was clear of any other Death Eaters.

In shock that Hedwig would become another victim of the man who killed my parents, I found myself unable to focus. Harry grabbed my hand and squeezed it tightly. I tightly squeezed it in return.

The flying blue motorcycle soon crashed down to the ground, right in front of the Burrow.
