Chapter 5: Stay Alive

All of a sudden, black clouds surrounded us. They were Death Eaters.

Death Eaters had come and invaded Bill and Fleur's wedding.

I was frozen for a moment, everything becoming cloudy and muffled. Swirls of black came from almost every direction- the Death Eaters had actually invaded a wedding.

Suddenly, I heard my name being shouted.

"MADISON!" George yelled.

"Harry? HARRY!?" I yelled back, ignoring George for a moment.

I pulled out my wand and raced towards where a figure that was wearing the robes that Harry had worn for the celebration.

"HARRY!" I yelled, dodging curses left and right, a rainbow of colors bursting all around me.

My legs carried me to the edge of the tent, where I saw Hermione in her red dress, Ron in his robes and Harry, who was fumbling to get his Invisibility Cloak on.

"HARRY!" I shouted one last time.

Harry's green eyes stared back at me, an agonizing amount of sorrow held in them.

"STAY ALIVE!" Harry yelled back to me.

I began to run to the trio, hoping to catch up with them prior to them doing something idiotic without me.

Harry then grasped Hermione's hand, Ron grasping her other. There was a popping sound that seemed extremely loud to me- it blocked off all of the horrendous noises going off around me. I did a double take, my eyes widening with fear and surprise and anger.

Hermione, Ron and Harry had left me here.

All of a sudden a sharp jolt of something hit my back, causing me to enter a tumbling black abyss.

When I had awoken, I was in a bed that was not familiar to me at all.

My green eyes opened, taking a look at the ceiling above me. It was white and was a popcorn ceiling; a small chandelier of sorts hung from just above the bed I was in.

I turned and faced the dark oak door. It was ajar, and I heard footsteps- somebody was coming into the room.

Sure enough, a woman who was wearing a pair of deep purple robes, came in win a tray of food on it.

Later on, I would be rather embarrassed to admit it, but I screamed at the sight of this woman.

The woman had dark eyes and dark brown hair that was tamed- her face however, looked an awful lot like Bellatrix Lestrange's.

"Where's my wand!? My wand!" I yelled, freaking out.

"Relax. It's right here," the lady stated, handing me my wand.

"Thanks," I shakily replied. "Who are you, by the way?"

The woman gave a soft chuckle. "Andromeda Tonks. Nymphadora's mum," she told me.

"Oh. Why am I here?" I asked, sitting up and winding a little bit as my back moved with me.

Andromeda quickly set down the tray of food and grabbed some sort of potion from the bedside table.

"Here drink this. It doesn't taste the best, but it will help with the pain," she told me, handing me to cup.

I put the cup up to my mouth and used my free hand to clench my nose. The potion reeked- it smelled like raw fish that had been sitting out by a dumpster for days- and it was a gross and murky brown color.

I gulped it down, fighting back the urge to puke it back up.

"It tastes like... sewage," I coughed, trying to get the taste out of my mouth.

"You were hit in the back with a cruciatus curse. You still are going to be in a bit of pain," Andromeda said bluntly.

"I've gathered that," I sassed back as I hissed in pain. I laid back down, my head resting on a fluffy pillow.

"You never answered my question, you know," I began to tell Andromeda as she began to gather up the potion bottles from the nightstand next to the bed. "Why am I here?"

"Nymphadora found you on the floor at the wedding. She couldn't just leave you there to die, now could she? From what she said, she brought you to the first place she could think of, and that happened to be here."

"Are the Weasley's safe?" I asked hurriedly, fearing that her answering would be a heartbreaking one.

With crestfallen eyes, Andromeda replied, "I'm not sure. From what I heard, they went to their Aunt Muriel's house."

"Am I able to go there?" I asked her worriedly, fearing that I may have gotten the Weasley family injured- or worse- killed.

"You should be able to at the end of the day," Andromeda told me before standing up and exiting the bedroom.

She left me alone once more, leaving me to my tumbling thoughts full of what it's.

I felt something become heavy in my pocket. My hands, pale and shaking, reached into it and pulled out the stupid key I was left by Dumbledore.

The golden key started to glow, and the French words became to glow.

"Who knows French?" I mumbled to myself.

It took me a few minutes to find an answer.

"Fleur! I've got to find Fleur."
