Shay could see a red roofed building that he instantly recocnized as a Poké-Center! "Thank goodness!" said Shay, "It's getting kinda dark outside." Kyle was... not paying attention, so Shay pointed out the Poké-Center to him.
"Kyle, look! Our first Pokemon Center we've come across!"
Kyle instantly looked up, but he went so fast, he got dizzy for a bit. But he quickly recovered and felt relieved that they finally found a Pokémon Center!
"We can sleep here, and we can have dinner too!" said Shay, "We can even take a shower here!"
"Uh.... I don't think the shower thing is surprising if we can sleep here." said Kyle.
"Whatever, but still!" said Shay, "Let's go inside."
Once they go inside, they see someone reading a magazine at the front desk with their feet on the table.
"Um... Excuse me, can we get a room with two beds?" said Kyle.
"Ugh, like, whatever. Just, like, go down the hall and choose, like, any room." said the person.
From the voice, Shay and Kyle both think it's a girl. They just go down the hall anyways.
While they walk down the hall, the see the cafeteria, along with food getting prepared. Shay was just looking and trying to see what they were making when..
"Thank goodness they're preparing dinner!" said Kyle, "I'm starving!"
Shay got a little jumped, but nothing much.
They were walking down the hall, when they saw a room that looked pretty clean. It must've been cleaned recently, so they choose this one.
The key is just dangling on the inside lock. Shay closes the door, Kyle calls out, "Top bunk!" and Shay jumps on to the bed and just falls asleep.
-----4 Hours Later-----
All of a sudden, Shay is woken up by Kyle screaming!
"What's wrong?!" said Shay. "THERE'S A NUKE COMING TO KILL US ALL!!!!!!!!" shouted Kyle.
Shay started freaking out. "Come on! We need to run as far aw-" Shay tried to say. He got cut off by the nuke hitting the ground.
"RUUUUUUNN!!!!" screamed Shay. Kyle followed Shay out the front doors, and noticed a bunch of people running.
They tried to join them, to see where they were going, but they just ended up behind them.
Shay looked behind them to see what was happening, but then... his life flashed before his own eyes, and all he could see...
