How does it work?
If you eat something healthy, like an apple, before your largest meal, you will eat less and feel satisfied. Apples are full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and all that good stuff. Fiber makes you full and aids in digestion.
It works best if you eat it at least ten minutes before your biggest meal. By the time you sit down to eat, you'll already feel half full! (or half empty, depending on your philosophy)
Remember: Don't stuff your regular meal size down on top of the apple. You won't lose weight, if you ignore your fullness. Listen to your body and STOP when you're full.
