Sonic, Shadow, and Amy ran off in search for Blaze. (Why is it that they're always trying to search for Blaze?) "So wait, you're gonna tell Blaze the truth about how Silver actually feels?" Shadow asked Amy. "Well, yeah," Amy said. "What else?" "Well it's just that, all this romance stuff is a bit too...silly," Shadow said. "Never had any experiences with love, have you?" Sonic asked him. "No, why would I?" "Shadow. Love is like the best feeling in the world," Amy explained. "Anyone can be in love." "I've never been in love. And I don't think anyone has ever fell in love with me," Shadow said. "Well, maybe someday, you or someone else will," Amy said. "Mhm," Shadow said.
A few hours later, they finally found Blaze walking all by herself. "Blaze," Sonic said. "Oh...hey," Blaze said, blandly. "Listen, Silver's gone, and we need-" "Why would I care?" Blaze asked, cutting Sonic off. Amy walked to her, and said, "Blaze, I know what happened yesterday." "Yeah right," Blaze said, looking away. "No really, I do," Amy said. "Listen, I don't know how the heck that letter was written like that, but I know it wasn't written like that." "How would you know?" Blaze asked. "Because I wrote it," Amy said. "Why would Silver send me something he said when you were the one that wrote it?" Blaze asked. "It's a long story, but I'll tell you all of it," Amy said. "Sure. Why not?" Blaze asked.
"Okay, a few years ago, Silver had a problem. The problem was, was that there was something missing in his life. When he saw you after five years, he suddenly realized that Silver has a thing for you," Amy explained. Blaze grew surprised. "Silver...has a thing for me?" Blaze asked. "Like a crush?" "Yes," Amy said. "He couldn't tell you because he was so nervous about speaking to you. So that's why I tried to help him with all the stuff I told him to do." "So that's why we had that dinner?" Blaze asked. "Yes," Amy said. "And the paper?" Blaze asked. "Yes," Amy said. "Then...why does it have all this bad stuff on the paper?" "I don't know. I told you I don't know how that happened, but I know that it wasn't written like that," Amy explained.
Blaze grew surprised. Then, she teared up. "Oh my gosh," she said. "And...I slapped him...." "Yes. And now he's gone back into the future all upset," Amy said. "He probably doesn't feel that way anymore," Blaze said, sadly. "Not after what I said and did." A small tear streamed down her cheek. "It's not your fault Blaze," Amy said. "It was that stupid paper." "Yeah, but...if only I have known sooner...," she said. "I know. I wish Silver had the confidence," Amy said. "We gotta find him," Blaze said. "Somebody ask for a chaos emerald?" Shadow smirked. Sonic took his chaos emerald out too. They put them together, and said, "Chaos control!" A space-time rift opened, and they all jumped in. "We're coming Silver," Blaze thought.
They then made it to the future. They looked around. The sun was shining, and the sky was cool blue. "Wow," Sonic said, amazed by the sight. "Yeah, no kidding," Amy said. "Alright. Let's go find him," Shadow said. And they all separated to find him.
The space-time rift was almost starting to close, but then the dark figure jumped in. "So. Now they all know," it said. "Pity. Now I'm gonna have to take care of them all myself."
It then jumped from building to building to the center of the city.
