Just then, there was a huge explosion! Silver looked outside, and saw buildings falling.
"No...it...it can't be!" Silver said, surprised. A huge dark figure was flying around the city. "What is that?!" Blaze asked, surprised. "I don't know, but come on." He carried Blaze, and ran out of the building.
When they got outside, they reunited with Sonic, Shadow, and Amy. "Silver! Blaze!" Sonic yelled, running to them. "What's going on?!" Silver asked, frightened. "I don't know! But I think we should find out!" Sonic grabbed Amy, and they jumped from building to building to the dark figure. "That dark thing looks sort of familiar...." Shadow thought.
"So Silver! Did you tell Blaze?!" Amy asked. "Yes! I finally had the courage to tell her!" Silver yelled. "I like him too!" Blaze yelled. "Cute," Amy said. "I thought we saved the future! Why is that thing here?!" Silver asked. "Maybe it's Eggman!" Sonic yelled. "I don't think Eggman knows we're here!" Silver yelled. "Yeah! He couldn't have known that we went to the future!" Shadow yelled.
They ran farther, but they were now running on buildings that were now toppling down. "THIS IS LIKE CRISIS CITY ALL OVER AGAIN!" Silver yelled, as they were falling. Silver then used his telekinesis to fly, and carry Blaze in his arms. Blaze looked down and wrapped her arms around his arms tightly, and with her head against his fur. "I'm...I'm scared," she said, trembling. "I got you Blaze," Silver said. "I won't drop you."
He flew back to them and kept running. "HOW ARE WE EVEN USED TO THIS STUFF?!" Silver yelled. "WE DON'T!" Amy yelled. "IT JUST GETS MORE AND MORE DANGEROUS!" "Wait...I know what that is!" Shadow said, surprised. The dark figure then flew to them, but they quickly got out of the way. Silver held Blaze, and Sonic held Amy. Shadow quickly got out of the way, and the figure flew down in the ground. They then saw a small, dark flame in the center.
Silver walked closer to it. "Oh no...," he said. "I know what that is!" Suddenly, black smoke appeared, and he flew out of the way fast! A minute later, the figure rose from the ground. "No...that's impossible!" Silver said, surprised. "Hello, Silver," it said.
