Monday came the day after that. Hana and Dan informed the whole class about the incoming Battleground match against Class A. They seemed to be pretty fired up; since they are suffering from the poor quality treatment we are given for being Class F.
I don't have a deep grudge with Class A, but if we wish for a renovation on our dormitories, then we could enjoy the same treatment given by the school to Class A.
Dan explained the plans to them, and they seemed to feel excited about the incoming Battleground match. They were given their according jobs to do, and they never felt needed like this before in their whole life.
The schedule for the Battleground match was posted in the afternoon. Our fight will be held on Friday night, at the raid-scale battle arena. The arena will be designed like a mini valley, created using Miss Alice Eupraxia's creation magic.
The day after that, Tuesday, was a busy one. Our class kept on asking our subject teachers if we could have the time to work in polishing our skills. They happily agreed since they never liked discussing lessons to this class anyway. We got the permission to use the training area for a whole day thanks to Dan who asked Mr. Baraka Amani for permission.
I helped in teaching my classmates some of my techniques in using the sword, and Clifford helped them get the right sequence of combo for the magic property of their swords, and reminded them to not to forget the assigned roles and formation.
Tom encouraged the boys in our class to do help us win, in exchange for hearing their wishes for free, which meant one photo of the girl you like, he will get it for free if we won. I went to assist Dan who is teaching the support class how to support and heal properly on team fights. The healing and the supporting class is consisted mostly of girls, since most of the boys are more interested in mastering combat. They seemed to be pretty happy about Dan teaching them, since they like the guy because he looks quite cute for them and cuddly and short.
Since Hana is the class representative, she will be the battle's most valuable person. Dan planned out something weird and tricky so that she will not be in danger when the battle occurs. He didn't tell me exactly what his plan is, but I'm sure it will be good.
After Dan finished teaching some tricks to the support and healing class, Dan went to the tanking class, and explained their roles further. Dan told them the importance of their roles, and why they must protect their allies. All of them are men, since none of the girls from these class liked wearing heavy armor.
Dan made the tanking class practice some spells that can enhance their defenses and maintain crowd control within the battle.
Dan told me to make them fight against wandering training dummies, which are dummies that fight back when attacked. They do minimal damage, but they are best used for practicing when they are in large numbers.
Dan told them what formation to take and gave me the signal to make the wandering dummies charge them.
The dummies carry nothing, but they can do backflips, kicks, punches, and they can dash to their targets. The only thing that could stop their movement is to tear, burn, or destroy the control charms pasted on their foreheads.
The dummies charged them. Some dummies jumped to their target, and some dashed to their targets so fast like a ball pitched 120 kilometers per hour.
The tanking class locked their shields, or defended themselves as the dummies jumped on them.
Dan ordered the tanking class not to allow any dummies through their defenses and use whatever tricks they have to grab the dummies back to their side.
