I quickly dashed out of the building and ran to the dormitories. The sun has already set, setting tall shadows over the corridors.
I was dashing into the dormitories when my foot was suddenly blocked by someone, on purpose, sending me sprawling and rolling in the floor.
I nearly hit my head on the floor if it weren't for the bag of chips that my head hit into. The bag of chips cracked open, littering chips all over the floor and my clothes.
Haha. Loser.
Shut up.
I turned to see who did that and I quickly rolled to my right as a halberd's blade nearly decapitated me.
"Oh?" A voice chuckled. "You dodged that?"
"Never mind that one Jeth. We can attack him altogether." Another voice said.
"Okay Daryl, Lawrence, Matt, and Joshua, break him!" The Jeth guy ordered.
I rose to my foot and saw five shadows standing a few feet before me. The Jeth guy was the one who nearly decapitated me. It was him, the guy from yesterday, and his buddy, Daryl. They brought more buddies with them, to avenge their embarrassing moment from yesterday.
"Oh? It's you two." I called to Daryl and Jeth. "Who are the others?"
"My buddies." Daryl sneered. "You mess with one of us, all of us will mess with you!"
They probably waited for me to pass here, since it is the nearest way to get to the dormitories. They also made sure to do the ambush at a place where no one would even hear me if I called for help.
"Your buddies eh?" I sneered. "Now, are you too scared to fight me, one on one? What are you a sore loser?"
Daryl gnashed his teeth like a dog. "I don't care. But we will surely break your bones right here."
I raised my finger and did a 'one sec' gesture. I quickly reached for my phone and dialed Clifford.
Daryl, Jeth and his buddies' eyes widened in surprise. They just stood there as if their brains cannot process properly.
I finished talking to Clifford, and told him my location, and closed my phone.
"What?" Daryl said. "Who did you just call?"
"No one. That's none of your business."
"Attack him!" Jeth yelled.
The others brought out their own weapons. Daryl brought out his two-handed sword. The guy on his right brought out his lance, the other was another sword, and the last guy brought out his staff.
I drew my rapier and quickly performed swift strikes in the air, charging up energy.
Jeth charged forward, his halberd was raised in the air. I dashed as far as possible, gaining more distance from them.
"Stop running away!" He yelled.
A ball of fire lit the dark corridor, and I saw it coming towards me.
I raised the rapier and tried to slice the fireball. It exploded when it came in contact with my sword. The explosion wasn't that strong, but it nearly singed my hair off.
The idiots in front of me chuckled in delight.
Blood rose to my head because of my anger, dyeing my vision in red.
I'm sick of idiots like this, dragging me into their mess.
I swung the rapier in an arc, releasing a small whirlwind, displacing them all over the place. The wind knocked them off of their feet, making their heads crash to the ceiling. Unfortunately, that didn't do much damage.
