The Sacrifices of Fame

Chapter Four

We pull up to the hotel and we all get off the bus. Its almost time for dinner but I smell like shit. So I go to my room and pull out my things so I can take a shower. Before I hop in I pull out my phone and text Bea.

Me: Hey, I need a favour...

🐝: What's up?

Me: I need to use your room...

🐝: Um, okay...

I scroll through my phone and find Mal's number.

Me: Meet me in room 1432 in 30 minutes

Babe 💕: Okay?

I finish taking a shower and throw on my sweats and a muscle tee. I grab my things then run up to Bea's room. I take the stairs and when I get to her room I'm out of breath. I knock on the door and Bea answers.

"I owe you." I say trying to get my breathing steady again.

"Yeah you do, also calm down." Bea laughs.

She leaves and I close the door behind her. Now you maybe asking why Bea's room. Well something happened with the hotel and she ended up having a room to herself. I need privacy to talk with Mal about us telling the team. There's a knock at the door and I open it. Mal walks inside and sits on the bed.

"Whose room is this?" Mal asks.

"Its Bea's she's letting us use it." I say.

"Okay, so what do you think about telling the team about us?" Mal asks.

"I think its a good idea." I say.

"Good because I hate that we only see each other at camp and we can't even act like a couple."

"Me too."

I walk over to Mal and gently push her down on the bed. I climb on top and straddle her body. I lean down and start kissing Mal's neck.

"I've really missed you." I whisper.

Mal puts her hands on my face and moves me so our lips can touch. I hold myself up so all my weight isn't on top of her.

"Babe, relax." Mal mumbles.

She flips us over so she's now on top. Mal takes her shirt off and I run my hands over her body. She puts her hands on my chest before leaning down and connecting our lips.

"Sorry!" Bea yells.

Damn, I didn't even hear the door open. Bea slams the door close.

"Why do we always get interrupted?" Mal asks.

She gets off of me and pulls her shirt back on.

"Your guess is about as good as mine." I mumble.

We walk out of Bea's room and find her in the hallway.

"Hey, sorry about what you saw back there." I say.

"Look next time just let me know because to be honest, it ain't none of my business." Bea says.

I laugh and Mal and I go downstairs. We walk into the conference room hand in hand.

"Where have you guys been?" Mom asks.

"We haven't seen each other in months we were catching up." I say.

Mom nods her head and we make our plates. Mal and I sit at the table with Hope, Carli, Ali, Ashlyn, JJ, and Mom. JJ looks at me and I know what she's thinking so we both laugh.

"What's so funny?" Ali asks.

JJ and I just shake our heads and try to get ourselves together, causing us to laugh even more.

"You guys are weird." Hope says.

Once dinner is over the team decides we should have a movie night. Kelley and Moe have all the snacks so we decide to have it in their room. Mal and I make sure we get on the elevator alone.

"Hey, if they ask we say yeah. But other than that why make a big deal about it." I say.

"Okay." Mal says.

We go to Kelly and Moe's room and find majority of the girls here. We help set everything up and get comfortable. Everyone else comes and we turn on the movie Central Intelligence. Kelley, Kling, and Pinoe start singing causing everyone to laugh. Mal is sitting on my lap and my arms are around her waist. The movie is really funny and we all have a good time watching it together. When its over we all help clean up.

"Hey, what's up with you guys?" Kelley asks.

"What are you talking about?" Mal asks.

"She's talking about you guys acting like a couple." Carli says.

"Okay, so I wasn't the only one who thought this." Pinoe says.

"Yeah Lauren, you act like Mal's your girlfriend." Moe says.

"I mean it would be weird if I didn't act like my girlfriend was my girlfriend." I say nonchalantly.

"WHAT?!" The girls scream.

"When did this happen?" Mom asks.

"How come you guys didn't tell us." Tobin asks.

"How long have you guys been together?" Allie asks.

"We need answers, now." Kling says.

We answer all of the questions the girls have. Once the room is clean we all leave Kelley and Moe's room. I walk Mal to her room which isn't far from my room.

"I'm having a meet and greet in a few days. I was hoping that you will come and meet the girls officially." I say.

"I would love to." Mal says.

I lean into kiss her but someone clears their throat. I look up and see Mom standing their with her arms crossed.

"I'll text you." I say.

Mal nods and goes into the room.

"We'll talk about this later, for now go get some sleep." Mom says.

I hug her and she kisses my cheek. I go to my room and find JJ on her phone. I get in bed and do the same. A few minuets later I'm fast asleep.
