"Fine, whatever," Jess answers Luke. "Don't wait up tonight."
"Where are you going?" Luke ask losing patience after the fight they just had.
"Somewhere away from you." Jess slams the diner's door and walks away.
You and your best friend Rory were walking in the streets of Stars Hollow when you ran into Jess. "Hey, Jess." You say. He acknowledged you but didn't say a word, he just kept walking directly towards the pond.
"Hey, Luke! Have you seen my mother?" Rory asks Luke as soon as you two were inside. "No, sorry. Have you seen my nephew?"
"Yeah, the pond." You say immediately. Lorelai enters the diner with shopping bags. "Hello, everyone."
"Ah no, what do you have this time?" Luke asks Lorelai and starts to look into the bags. Rory's mother was explaining the big sale that was happening when Jess entered, slamming the door again.
"Jess! Don't slam my door!" Luke yelled, hopefully, you guys were alone in the diner. Jess stares at you for a moment then runs upstairs. "Y/N, go see him."
"What?" You ask confused. "Why-why me?"
"Well, because you like him and he likes you."
"I do not!" You yell. Rory chuckles. "Right, come on. It's obvious."
Jess was back down, changed into new clothes. "Where are you going this time?"
"I don't know! If you want to know my every move why don't you put a tracker in my brain, huh?"
You knew Jess wasn't always rude like that. Something must be happening. Before you knew it, you yelled his name. "JESS!"
"What now?"
"What now? Are you serious? I can't believe you."
"Luke. Mom. I think we should go outside," Rory suggested.
"What's going on with you? You moved in two weeks ago, you can't possibly have a black cloud over your head! And, what's with you giving me attitude? I thought we had a good thing going on, but I guess I was wrong." Jess just looks at you nodding a little, his hand squeezes around the book he held. You wait for him to say something, but nothing. "JESS!"
"I saw you, okay? I know you met up with Tristan last week, I was waiting for you to tell me, but I guess it slipped your mind." You frown, then start laughing. "Great, now she's laughing. Y/N, what's your problem?"
"I don't have a problem, you do if you think I was going to see Tristan for another reason than schoolwork. That's why you're always pissed at everyone?"
He shrugs, "I guess."
"Well stop giving attitude to everyone because I'm not interested in Tristan and I'm sorry if I didn't tell you I was meeting up with him for an assignment." You smile.
"I feel stupid now."
"Yeah, yeah. I would too," you smile and walk towards him. Jess gladly open his arms for you.
"Shut up, and kiss me." You two kiss for only a second.
"I guess, everything is good?" Luke, Rory, and Lorelai were back in the diner.
