Alec's Pov -
"Damn it," I growled slamming the steering wheel. This just kept getting better and better. The traffic just kept on coming. I needed to get to her before night fall. I couldn't let her go through her first transformation alone.
I honked the horn again. I regret the decision I had made two years ago I wanted her to be my mate again. I thought being in love with Lizzy was all I needed to break mine and Samantha's bond. Bu I was a stupid teenager. After finding out Lizzy had found her mate I had no choice bu to get back to mine. the car in front of me sped up. I sighed with relief wen he traffic started moving again. Crossing he American border to get to Canada was hard.
"Passport please," said a cop. I took it out and drove forward when she handed it back. I sighed when I entered Abbotsford. I stepped on the gas as I saw the sun dipping. Just two more hours before before she'd start feeling the affects of the change. I knew were the building she lived in was. I quickly pulled into he empty parking lo and looked at he abandoned building and took in a deep breath. Here goes nothing. I jumped out of my Mustang and entered the building. That's when I got a whiff of her sent. It was all over.
I followed it to where it was strongest. I couldn't help but admire how much this building had changer since I'd left. It felt calm and homely. The walls had been painted. There was furniture and names on the room doors. I could smell about 70 to 80 wolves in here. I was so into my surroundings that I jumped when I heard a growl .
"What are you doing here," someone growled making my heart beat faster. I turned and gasped.
