Samantha's POV
I just finished my homework for all my classes and I was pretty fucking tired. I pulled out my phone and thought I should text Alana but I forgot she got her phone taken away. I sighed and walked over to my window. I opened the door that leads to the balcony. I leaned over the railing a bit and looked at the city lights. It was always so pretty at night the way the stars and moon would shine.
I took a deep breath and just thought about today. The moment kept playing in my head. For the past couple of days he wouldn't stay off my mind. He probably just called me beautiful just to make me feel better. I highly doubt he meant it. Then again he used the word beautiful instead of pretty. Then he kept bringing up my "boyfriend"
What if he does like me?
I smiled like an idiot of the thought of him liking me back. Heck I knew I probably wasn't the only one that liked him i've seen the way some girls look at him and it makes me jealous but I don't blame them. I was suddenly startled by a knock at my door.
"Hey Sam Alina's here."
I jumped in excitement and ran downstairs.
"Hey I thought you were in trouble!" I said closing the door behind me
"Yeah but my mom said she didn't want me at home all day so here I am." She said
"Cool what do you wanna do?" I asked
"I don't know." She said
"Why don't we go to the mall or something?" I suggested
"Sounds good I have 30 bucks on me." She said
"Okay let me tell my dad." I said. I closed the door and walked to where he was watching TV
"Dad me and Alana are going to the movies." I said
"Alright be home by 9 no later." He said strictly then turning his attention back to the TV screen
"K bye dad." I said walking away
"Ready?" Alina said
"Yeah let's go." I said
We walked from my house to the shopping mall around the corner and it was so fucking cold outside to the point we were both shivering
"Holy shit its cold." Alina mumbled opening the handle of the food court entrance.
When we walked in we were blasted with warm air and the smell of different foods.
"Fuck i'm hungry." I said
"Same just looking at people eating is making me hungry." She said looking around.
"What do you wanna eat then?" I asked. Then suddenly saw a huge colorful sign that said TACOS we both looked at eachother and nodded in approval. But the second we walked over a familiar voice called my name. I turned around and immediately noticed that it was Tyler with some other guy about our age over never seen before
"Hey!" I said walking to him
"Hey what are you guys doing here?" He said
"I was gonna ask you the same thing." I said with a giggle
"Ahem." Alina mumbled.
"Oh Tyler this is my friend Alina." I said pointing to her
"BEST friend." She said
"Well this is my older David " He said pointing to the tall guy behind him.
"Hey." He said shyly. He was cute but nothing compared to Mr. Hammett
"So what do you guys wanna hang out with us?" Alina said nicley
"Sure why not." Tyler said. I giggled when I saw Alina staring at Tyler
"Someone's staring." I whispered to her
"What! No uhh." She said looking away
"Suuure." I said
"Shut the fuck up." She said shoving me while Tyler and David were just staring at us.
"Oh uh sorry guys." I said.
"So what do you guys wanna do?" David said
"I'm fucking starving man." Tyler said
"Same." Me Alina and David all said we just laughed
"Well we were gonna get tacos but we saw you guys." I said
"Tacos don't sound bad." Tyler said
"Well what are we waiting for then?" I said
"Race you!" David shouted
"Fuck you!" Tyler said running behind him. Me and alana just looked at eachother and laughed then ran after them.
About 10 minutes later we were sitting at some random table in the food court I just watched while Alina David and Tyler scarfed down there food like a bunch of hungry wolves
"Sam you gonna eat that?" David asked
"YES!" I said pulling it away from him. He smiled and I giggled. I looked over at Alina and Tyler and they were having there own deep conversation that they seemed to be really into.
"Get some Alina." I said
She gave me a death stare and mouthed "stop." I giggled and saw Tyler blushing. Aww
I turned around and ate my food and stared at them.
"So David do you go to St.Luda?" I asked
"Yeah I'm a senior." He said
"What how come I haven't seen you I have science with Tyler. I said
"I don't know who do you have 1st period?" He said
"Mrs. Douglas." I said with an eyeroll
"Ugh I hate her." He said
"Ugh same." I said
The rest of the time me Alina and the boys just walked around into random stores and got to know each other more. We hit it off pretty well and David seemed really cool and nice. Now I guess we can safely call Tyler and David our new friends.
"What time is it?" I asked eagerly
"8:50." David said looking at the silver watch on his wrist
"Shit! I gotta go guys I promised my dad I'd be home by 9!" I said throwing my backpack over my shoulders. We said bye to the boys and hurried back home.
"Bye see you at school!" Tyler said
"Bye!" Me and Alina said walking away.
Me and Alina made our way outside the crowded mall in science
"So Tyler." I said breaking the silence
"Oh geez Sam gimme a break I just met the boy for gods sake! She said turning her head to hide her pink cheeks
"Hmm." I said
"Fine! I just think he's cute OK damm!" She said covering her face
"I knew it ahh awww Alina !!" I said happily
"I will fight you sam." She said
"Yeah yeah you know you love me." I said lightly punching her
