David's Parents actually are the sweetest people ever. Makes me pretty upset that they have a son who doesn't know what personal boundaries are.
His parents are roughly in their 40s his mom had graying blonde hair green eyes and slightly beginning to wrinkle pale skin. Their dad had Brown hair with a little gray but his hair was rather long he had it tied back in a ponytail.
After greeting everyone we all sat at the dining table. I sat in between David and Alina who was next to Tyler. I scanned the room and I came to realisation that this felt kinda wrong
Yeah my dad and Kathy invited them but still. I wasn't one hundered percent on board. Hey but if it wasn't for this Alina probably wouldn't have met them.
They hit it off though. You can already tell that their parents like her already which warmed my heart.
To my suprise throughout dinner not once was there an awkward moment. The conversations kept flowing and it was just great. I learned some stuff about Tyler and David that I would have never thought about through the emberassing stories our parents would say about us.
"When David was 6 he ran down the street naked to avoid taking a bath! The neighbors had to hold him in their house so he wouldn't run away again!"
We all burst in to laughter while David's face grew a bright red.
I just looked at him and smiled while stroking his face.
"It's okay we all did shit like that as kids" I said just to make him feel a little better
He softly smiled and chuckled
Just then we heard David's mom say my name
"So sam tell me what's it like dating my son? I do want grandkids you know?"
Everyone laughed except me David Tyler and Alina there was an uncomfortable silence but David spoke
"Uhh Mom it's not the time to be thinking about that right now but me and sam are doing great."Tyler said as he kissed me on the forehead
"Yeahhh." I said with a nervous smile
"Oh look at my boys all grown up," David's mom said happily
"They grow up so fast" my dad chimed in.
There was a small silence but Nicole chimed in
"Well I have ice cream in the freezer y'all want some?"
Alina and Tyler jumped.
I laughed at how much of a cute couple they were they were both the same in a way.
"Sam do you want any?"
I just shook my head and David did too.
Me and David walked out of the kitchen and went upstairs to my room.
"Sorry about my mom" he said
I just smiled
"It's okay they're so sweet."
"I just hate when they bring up the subject of grandkids like damm I'm still in high school." He said as he sat down on the bed. I sat next to him.
He put his arm around me but I didn't try to move away, it wasn't bothering me it actually felt comforting in a way.
He looked down at me and softly smiled
"I'm glad I have you."
Right when he said that it felt like a bag of bricks just hit me in the face. I was guilty.
I just said "me too"
"Sam you seen very tense is everything okay? If it about the closet thing just know I'm terribly sorry."
By the way his voice sounded I could tell he meant it.
I just gently kissed him.
"Just continue being the good guy I know you are."
He smiled
"Sam can I tell you something."
I softly nodded
"Yeah?"
I know this is probably too quick but I just wanna let you know that I- uh.."
"Tell me"
He looked down at the floor and looked up at me
"Sam I love you."
I seriously didn't know what to say. Cause if I told him I loved him back I wouldn't have meant it but I said it
"David."
"I love you too."
Next thing you know he was attacking me with kisses and holding me.
I was laughing. This wasn't surprisingly too bad.
I shouldn't be enjoying this.
