I woke up the next morning with rose petals in my hair and the love of my life next to me. He looked so peaceful. Even if he was drooling. A small blush crept onto my face when I noticed he was just in his boxers and me in his shirt and my undergarments of course.
Last night he proposed to me. It was by far the best day of my life no doubt about it. I can't wait to be called Mrs. Schreve. He will be mine and I will be his.
My eyes traveled up his sculpted body and up to his face. The drool stood out more than anything! I grabbed the edge of the comforter and wiped the edges of his mouth and his cheek. A smirk played on his lips, but he didn't open his eyes. He needs to wake up I'm sure he has stuff to do today.
I leaned foreword and started placing soft feather-like kisses on his face. He squirmed a little bit, but didn't wake up. I finally made my way to his lips and kissed them hard. His eyes shot open and his arms instinctively wrapped around me. He started kissing me back almost instantly.
God, I love him so much. I pulled back, but he kept his arms around me.
"You have things to do today. You should get up." I didn't want him to leave. I never want him to leave.
"But I don't want to leave you, my dear," he said with a smirk.
"Don't you dare call me your dear. Anything else will do." He made a face that looked like he was thinking.
"Hmmmmm. How about My Pet or My Love. Or how about Mrs. Schreve?" He was smiling wide and I couldn't help but laughing because his hair was a mess.
"Any of those will do but will you please fix your hair? It looks like the Tasmanian Devil."I said in between laughs.
"Of course, Mrs. Schreve," he said. He slowly got out of bed and went into the bathroom. I laid on the bed thinking about the future. Ten minutes later he came out with his wrinkled dress shirt and his black pants on. I got out of bed and met him at the door way.
"I'll see you at breakfast, okay America?" He had his arms wrapped around me and my head was buried in his chest.
"Okay. I love you Maxon Calix Schreve." His face turned to a blush and he pecked my lips.
"I love you too America Madga Singer-Schreve." With that he left my
room, a smile plastered on both of our faces.

When my maids came in they were surprised to see all the rose petals on everything.
"Hey Mary! Hey Anne! Hey Lucy! I feel like I haven't seen y'all in so long!" I said, giving them a big hug.
"We missed you too! But what are all these rose petals doing here?" Mary asked. The other girls nodded in agreement.
"Umm. Maxon came by last night," I stammered out. That didn't satisfy Mary.
"Last night or all day because Kriss' maids said that she walked in on y'all having an intimate moment." Busted.
"Ugh! Fine! He was here like, for a while and we may have had an intimate moment and he may have slept here last night but that's it. I wasn't even in here part of the day! I was with Amberly!" There. Now they know.
"America! Do y'all do IT?" Screeched Lucy.
"No no no. But he might have seen me naked." I said the last part sorta a whisper so only they could hear. They all screeched.
"In my defense, I didn't even know I was naked until we were interrupted!" They all squealed again.
"And look." I put out my left hand for them to see the ring. They all squealed even louder.
"Did he propose last night?!" Lucy screamed.
"Shhhhhhh. Keep your voice down I don't want anyone knowing. He's eliminating everyone at breakfast and then it'll be me and Kriss. He's choosing me." It just really sank it that he's choosing me. I did a little happy dance around the room and the girls followed me.
"Wait! That means you have to look amazing at breakfast! We have to get you ready!" We all ran to the vanity and they began working on my face. They put on a little bit more makeup than usual and put my hair into a beautiful bun. They put me into an strapless ombré navy blue dress where the bottom faded from blue to light blue to white. I loved it. They put on a diamond necklace and diamond studs in my ears. The handed me black flats and pushed me out the door. I walked down to the dining hall and entered three minutes late. Everybody stared at me as I walked to my seat all the while praying that I wouldn't trip.
I took my place in between Marlee and Kriss. Celeste and Elise have me bitchy glares and I could tell they had been talking about me. The normal usual chatter went on. Kriss commented on my dress, I said thanks and that I liked hers. All very boring.
"America, there is something I need to tell you," Marlee whispered into my ear.
"Okay but I think I know what it is." If this was about Carter, then I already knew, but if it was about something else then I should probably listen.
"I'll tell you in the Women's Room later." I nodded my head.
Just as we had all finished, Maxon stood up.
"Ladies, it truly has been a pleasure having you all here, but I must regret to say that I will be eliminating four of you. Lady Natalie, Lady Elise, Lady Marlee and Lady Celeste you are eliminated from this Selection. I am sorry. Take this time to say good bye, for the plane leaves at noon." With that he sat back down.
I turned towards Marlee and she hardly looked sad. I have her a long hug and told her to come by my room before she left.
"Okay. I'll tell you then," she said.
Celeste on the other hand, is not a pretty cryer. She had tears streaming down her face her makeup was all smudged. She shot up in her seat causing her chair to fall back she ran over to Maxon and pulled him out of his seat.
"Maxon, baby, what about what we have? What about us?" We all could tell she was using her fake voice, even Amberly. She looked over at me and rolled her eyes and made a throw up face. I laughed and so did she.
"I'm sorry Celeste I just don't love you. Or remotely like you." Solid burn right there.
I turned my attention away from the freak show going on over there and looked at Kriss.
"It's just us!" I said, trying to sound excited. But she was only staring at my left hand. Crap! I forgot to take the ring off!
"What is that?" She said to where only I could hear. She looked like she was about to puke. I had thought this over earlier if I had forgotten to take it off.
"It's my family ring. My whole family has one." I said. I had practiced saying it earlier with Lucy while she was doing my hair.
She sighed in relief. "Oh. Okay. Good. I thought Maxon proposed to you! I got so scared for a minute!" We both laughed, but little did she know her worries were true.
