An alarm goes off on my phone and I say

"I'm so sorry, I have to go"

Nomad: "can I at least kno..."

And before he could finish I ran off so that I could get back to the diner before my step mother gets back.

But as I leave my phone slips right out of my hand

Nomad: " wait Ur pho..."

And before he could finish I was gone.

I raced back to the diner trying to get there before "it" gets there

As I got in the parking lot of the diner. her car pulled up so I jumped straight into the bushes. trying to hid I raced into the diner threw flour on my face and pretended that I was cleaning.

I got away with it at least but it was a close one
