Times have surely changed. And I've never expected I would, too.

Time has always been human's limitation. It's not really money they're working for ... but time. I watch employees hurry hear and there to work, not wanting to be late or they'd lose their jobs. Kids wanting to be teens, teens wishing to be adults, and adults wanting to be back in their teens. I've seen people try to delay time, as they lay on their death bed, praying to a god to keep them alive. Women paying expensive surgeries to have that young look back in their faces just to have to pay for more after a year or two.

Time is gold ... or so they say.

For hundreds of years I've lived in different times, laughing at how weak it is as it couldn't even stop me from messing with it.

I've gone back and forth through time, changing this and that in the past as to give me favor in the future. It's that easy. Well ... of course, it wasn't at first. Especially that I wasn't born to be favored at in the first place.

I come from a family of witches, you see. For decades I've been cast aside by them for not having any of the powers they were endowed with. It was just my luck to be born as a twin with my sister taking all the divination from the bloodline.

I was full of hatred, and so I ran away. I met a warlock who took pity on me and took me in his coven. It was, as if fate, the best thing that ever happened to me. I was taught how someone like me could be as powerful as them. With all the witches in my family, nobody ever told me I could.

I've stayed with them for years ... until I thought I was strong enough to lead a coven of my own. The head was against it, telling me I needed more time. But, I know I can. I want to prove to my family and to everybody else that the little boy they used to undervalue is as mighty as them, if not more.

Through my travels, as I hand picked my members, I've learned other things. I've encountered some ancient witches that stayed youthful and they have shared their secret with me. With my hunger for greater things, I've ignored morality and fixed my path towards my goal - of being the strongest and most powerful.

I met Lady Ealasaid during one of my trips to England. I frequent that place because I've heard that there are a lot of our kind there. And they were right. London itself was teeming with witches and warlocks that mingle with normal humans without being detected.

Lady Ealasaid was one who caught my attention. She's not the oldest I've met, but she's one who knows a lot.

I became interested in one of her stories about traveling through time. She taught me how to, and we've traveled to different places together, in different times.

I was amazed on how there seemed to be some kind of various parallel universe. It was magical and at the same time enlightening. I became more and more captivated by the wonders of it. I've thought of many things I could do and would do. I've imagined how I would use this to my advantage to be even better.

We've gained more and more control over it as we study it extensively.

In one of our travels to the past, we heard something that caught our attention.

"He left an heir, you say?" A group of witches in a village we visited were discussing one night.

"A daughter." Another answers.

"What are you talking about?" Lady Ealasaid and I join them, sitting on the ground around the fire. "An heir?"

"Have you heard of the Royals?" The oldest woman asks, turning to the both of us.
