INGREDIENTS
Semovita 2 tins
1 teaspoon yeast
Water
PROCEDURE
In a clean bowl, add semo, yeast and water.
Mix thoroughly to a thick consistency, allow to proof for 2 hours.
After doubling in size, add water to a running consistency.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt and mid well.
In a non stick pan, cover and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Then turn to the other side to cook for 1 minute. That's all Enjoy ##recipe from from my kitchen
