INGREDIENTS
1 cup semo
1 egg
1 red chilli
²/3 tsp yeast
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Curry
Onion
Mayonnaise
Pepper
2 serving spoons water.
PROCEDURE
In a bowl mix semo, yeast n water,cover n kip in a warm place for 20-25mins.
Add egg n beat for 3-4 mins
Add chilli, onion,salt, curry and mix thoroughly.
Deep fry it in small portions.
Garnish by piping mayonnaise into desired design and sieve pepper on d mayonnaise.
Dust away d excess pepper. Serve wt pap.
