Tyrenious' POV

Anger, a feeling I was familiar with, a feeling I had buried deep within my stone cold heart yet today, it was begging for release.

I was beyond angry, my father had finally done it this time and like always I had no say in it neither could I deny his royal assness' orders. How I wish I could rip him apart and feed his remains to the slhmas
Slhma-a creature similar to a lion only bigger, stronger and more dangerous. They turn to humans at will. Females are the most dangerous and vicious. They are often used when there is war among supernaturals.

My hatred for him overpowered any emotion I've ever had. Anger, hatred, love for my two youngest siblings and sometimes regret-the only feelings I had felt since I lost her, at the hands of my father and older brother.
I sat on my king sized bed recalling everything that had taken place this very unfortunate day.

"What are these devious animals up to again?" my father asked his voice booming with authority. He was after all the Master Keeper. Feared and respected by all.

Although he was a man of great power known to all four realms, I certainly did not fear him and was not intimidated by that pathetic excuse of a scary face. Every single day I spent in this horrible castle made me consider taking my own life, yet I couldn't.

"There has been an outbreak of human killing by werewolves in the Mitse Clan and they are failing to maintain their inner beasts. I sent Dapuksto to warn them that if the killings continued, the keepers would have to step in and put matters into their own hands. Can you believe the excuse they gave him? They said the witches from the Drelann Coven placed a curse on their wolves and so they are unable to control themselves after transformation. What a pathetic lie, those filthy creatures have always been murderers from generation to generation. How dare they blame their unforgivable actions on an innocent Coven of witches.?" My older brother said.

"Enough!" My father's voice was so loud I bet humans could hear him, "Let not that swing you had last season with that Drelann witch outweigh your reasoning. I'll send one of my best investigators on the case. Anything else?"

"None that I know of. Surprisingly most supernaturals have been causing less trouble. Human killings have reduced a little. Two vampire blood banks were established on earth though the human earthlings are unaware they belong to vampires; they donate blood thinking it's going to be used on other humans who have blood problems but at least it's better than vampires drinking directly from the source." I was quick to answer as my father had assigned me and some others to check on the supernatural activities on earth.

"Good. Now to more pressing matters. The reason to why I called of you here is there are going to be a lot of changes in a few weeks. Especially for you, Tyrenious."

"What's that supposed to mean? You better not be planning something shitty because I know how that brain of yours works."

"Have some respect for father. Where were you raised, human earthling's house?" My older brother said.

"Actually, I was raised in an old tiny cottage far from population. I bet you don't know how it feels as you were raised in a castle correct me if I'm wrong, Nathaniel."

"Enough. Tyrenious that is a forbidden topic and you know it. Dare you say that topic in front of me again I swear by the stars of Gmorie I'd show you Hell. As I was saying before you two imbeciles interrupted me, we are going to having a few guest in a few weeks and among those guest is Crystalline, daughter of Mr and Mrs Peipade. They're keepers of Gmorie. We had a few arguments centuries back and lost contact. We need to form an alliance through marriage between you Tyrenious and his first daughter Crystalline Freyena Neila Peipade. She was going to be married to Nathaniel but he needs time to mend his weak broken heart and therefore Tyrenious you are officially engaged to Crystalline daughter of the Peipade keepers."

I blinked once then twice. Is this old man serious? Truly and utterly unbelievable, fuck Nathaniel's broken heart. It was broken two centuries ago. He just didn't want his precious son to marry that little bitch so he's making me marry her. He believes the crown would chose Nathaniel as King Keeper and didn't want Crystal to be his Queen. Father Of The Millennium.

"Tell me this a joke, father." I said the last word so cold I swear the room temperature dropped.

"Do I look like I'm joking son? Listen here boy, you shall obey me firstly because I'm your father and secondly because I'm your KING. No matter what I'll always be your King and your lack of respect should probably cause you a century in the Mieasku garden but because I've promised my dear friend a son-in-law, I shall keep my promise as always. Their family will arrive in seven weeks' time, be prepared. Henriette and Gashell teach your older brother some respect, he's in serious need of it. Nathaniel meet me in my library in an hour. You are all dismissed."

He's not serious, how DARE he use his title to get all what he wants. He is definitely out of his pea sized mind if he thinks I'll marry her. But I knew one way or another he will make me marry her. Without another word, I dashed out of the room, slamming the door behind me.

How could he? He well knowns how relationships let alone marriage makes me feel. I truly cannot, I needed something to make me forget for the few weeks I had left.

I thought and thought-what would make me forget for the few weeks I had left.
Aaaaaagh, a female human earthlings. Unfortunately, I couldn't go to earth after the surprising news so, I had to improvise.

"Denji!"

I heard a few footsteps before I heard a slight knock on my door,

"You may enter."

"You called your Highness."

"Call the Calpena Twins. It's time they return don't you think?"

"Certainly your Highness, I will immediately."

"And Denji?"

"Yes?"

"I once told you to call me Ty, do I look like I like repeating myself?"

"No Ty, I shan't repeat it again."

"Good. And take Lettia with you, they might not trust you."

"I will Ty."

It was time to meet two of my most trusted friends yet again.

*****

"It's been long Ty." Christopher said.

"Certainly has been. I've heard you found yourself yourself a new flavour, Tina"

"Let rumours be rumours Ty. I've definitely been abstaining from the male specie for a while. Heard you're engaged." Christina smirked.

"I would prefer we talk about why I called you here after nearly a quarter century without contact."

"You need your dear friends by your side."

"That and I need you two to fetch something from earth for me."

"Which is?"

"A female earthling-it must be human not supernatural. I need something to take my mind from this joke of a wedding my father arranged."

Christina smirked at me, bowed then said;

"Certainly, your Highness." Knowing damn well how that word slightly bothered me but I ignored it either ways.

"Perfect, you may leave."

With that, I waited for my new form of distraction to arrive.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How was it? Sorry that I included a lot of swearing but I had to to make it more realistic.
Christopher and Christina huh?Can you guess what they are?
Can you also guess guess the name of the girl the twins are to pick for Ty?
Who would you prefer Crystalline or Mystery Girl?
With Love
