Cassidy walked into the beach shack looking around multiple times

Cassidy walked into the beach shack looking around multiple times. It doesn't matter what Owen said, she was still nervous about today. Cassidy just can't believe that someone has an interest in her.

She thought she left the high school with a good impression of not wanting to see them again. Because really, who would want to see anyone who ran out of the school screaming expletives to every student? That is exactly what Cassidy did, and thought everybody hated her.

Apparently, not everybody does. According to Owen, somebody actually misses her and would like to meet her again. Never in her life would she think it was possible.

Re-reading Owen's text - for some reason, she knows where everything is and everything about today's events - she walked over to the back corner where she was told to meet. Near the counter.

Not that she really needed to, it would be hard to miss the giant bouquet of flowers ranging from roses to daisies and the massive pile of m&ms. Her favorite.

With a slight smile on her face, she looked at the envelope that - surprisingly - had beautiful cursive handwriting. Though it wasn't hard to tell it was a struggle to write it.

A quick look around the shack confirmed that no one looked out of the ordinary, nor was anyone watching her. Cassidy isn't sure she is reading everyone correctly. Certainly, people remember what happen.

There were beautiful red roses, brown roses - which she assumes means something since they aren't the typical kind. The daisies are the common kind of daisies.

Everything looked so beautiful especially the fifteen or so packs of regular chocolate m&ms.

Finally, she decided she will open up the card. It is the least she could do, no matter how nervous she is. Carefully she opened the card, making sure not to wreck anything.

Cassidy could barely handle her shock for two reasons. One being the card was hand made, making it known that somebody really does want to know more about her and dare she say, cares about her.

Inside the card there wasn't a very lovey dovey quote, just one that made Cassidy laugh and she could not enjoy that anymore. The quote was All you need is love, But even more chocolate. Believe me, it doesn't hurt anything. Happy Valentine's Day, Cassidy.

Sadly, the name signed name wasn't visible enough so see.

Suddenly Cassidy's phone dinged. Panic coursed through her, hoping nobody hear that, it doesn't matter that she is in a populated public place and phones seem to be going off every few seconds.

Cassidy looked around and saw no one was watching her. She let out a deep breath and relaxed before looking down at her phone to see it was Owen who texted her - no surprise there.

Mr. Stalker: Hey, just checking if you got everything already. Please text me back when you get this.

The smile on her face grew even larger, subconsciously.

Me: Yeah, I got everything. Still here actually. For some reason I feel comfortable and don't want to leave yet.

Since Cassidy already had her phone in her hand, she figured a contact name change needed to happen.

Mr. Thoughtful: Well, I guess we should meet up there some time.

Cassidy let out a deep breath just realizing something. For some reason she felt the need to tell Owen.

Me: Yeah, I guess we should. You know what? He didn't leave his name or number, so I guess my assumption is correct.

Mr. Thoughtful: That's because you already know those things.

The only thing running through her body was shock and excitement.

Me: Really?

Mr. Thoughtful: Oh, yeah, Sweetheart.
