Today is when I'm going meet the squad. Whoop. On a boat. A fucking boat. It's called a helicarrier and that's not what call a boat. S.H.E.I.L.D is supposed to be a secret intelligence organisation and they call a boat the helicarrier? Seriously, even I could do better.

I have packed everything I'd need starting from makeup to my suit. The suitcases was filled to the brim almost at the point of busting open. I flipped my hair over my shoulder and arched my back because it was hurting from bending over.

My phone in the back pocket of my jeans vibrated signalling that Tony was outside waiting for me. He's going to pick me up and take me to the helicarrier with him. I dragged my suitcases down the stairs with it hitting every step as they went down.

Eventually I made it onto the streets where a huge crowd of paparazzi and people holding their cell phones shouting at each other. i could barely see tony standing next to his white Audi R8 looking scared and confused on what he should. i just giggled at the sight. i thought he would be used to all of this by now seeing hes been in stark industries for years and even though hes stopped producing weapons he still gets a crowd of paparazzi chasing after him.

"excuse me, sorry, can i just... sorry." i muttered, trying to get through the thick mob. Might as well hit everyone with my suitcase whilst I'm at it then they might move out the way.

"took your time." Tony remarked once i finally got to him.

"these weigh half a tonne and its a big crowd you attracted." I say out of breath, holding up my suitcase then dropping it because i felt like i just pulled a muscle in my arm. Tony put them in the boot and told me to get in the front.

Soon we were driving away at a speed that was too fast for my liking. "can you slow down your scaring me." tony put his foot down on the gas and my head shot back that I think I just gave me whiplash. "stop tony!" I yelled at him holding onto the handle above my head and climbing onto my chair with one hand over my fast beating heart. "tony!" I screamed. i couldn't bare to watch the road not in case we crash but watching the world blur past makes my feel nauseous.

I could feel the G force ease a little therefore I opened my eyes to look over at tony and of course he has a smug smile on his face. "your going to scream tonight as well." he muttered smirking to himself.

"excuse me?" I scoffed trying to hide my smile, it was funny. To hide my embarrassment, I tried to look out the window. After a while i spoke up "so why are being recruited?"

He gave me that 'you must be joking'. I laughed "I'm serious I literally don't know why your here. you made weapons years ago but you've stopped now."

"I make everyone look cooler." he answered simply making me raise an eyebrow at him. "Come on, I'm Iron Man."

"Ohh. Pfft I knew that." I tried to play my stupidity off.

After a while we arrived at an air base. It didn't look like a public one more of an air force base filled with different types of aircraft and buildings. Mostly hangers packed with planes, a tall communication tower and several runways.

The base was crawling with life. Men in groups jogging round the perimeter, sparks were coming off of planes that were being fixed. I think this is a secret airforce base because it was in the middle of nowhere and it's not the maps. I wander what goes on here, is it like a secret organisation who ruins this place? Mabey they have planes that can fly halfway across the world in half an hour.

"finished daydreaming?" Tony said breaking my thoughts.

"yeah sorry." I answered bashfully.

I got out the car with all my luggage. "so what do we do now?"

"just wait and look for a plane that's coming straight at us." The way he says it so casually makes me laugh; Tony cracks a smile too.

"think I've found them." I said, pointing dark grey plane in the slightly cloudy afternoon sky. It hovered down gently like a helicopter not a plane.

The back opened and we walked in with all our bags. Our pilot welcomed us and said it will less than 20 minutes before we arrive at the helicarrier.

"have you met any other avengers?" I asked Toby.

"I've only met Natasha last year, she was undercover and was pepper's assistant whilst I was slowly dying."

"dying!?" I almost yelled.

"shh! This" he pointed to his chest that was growing "was keeping me alive but also killing me. It's an arc reactor and it also powers my suit. The arc reactor is an electromagnetic that keeps shrapnel from going into my heart. Last year it was slowly poisoning me and I had no substitute. Later on after I was given my dad's belongings, I discovered that my dad was trying to discover a new element. He was limited by the technology of his time but hid it in the stark expo blueprints for me to find. So after creating a big mess and occasionally blowing stuff up for fun I had created a new arc reactor."

"your dad was a very clever man, your just like him." I said.

"so whats your story?" He asked.

"well, my grandparents were spies in World War 2 and had worked alongside your father for a while. My parents were also part of a secret organisation and were assassins, their job was dangerous. So dangerous they were killed on a mission when I was 18. They teached me everything I needed to know since the day I could walk. I now work for S.H.E.I.L.D and is a trained Assassin. I've been on many missions all over the world and this is my biggest thing yet."

"We're here." The pilot interrupted.
