When Love Takes Over. (Chapters 9 - 20 in Development!)

CHAPTER THREE

Ella was sat going through piles of paperwork, but last night certainly was hitting her hard. Her head felt like people were trying to drill a hole right through it. She noticed something that Jared would need to sign, so just grabbed the papers and headed upstairs.

It was quiet and at first she couldn't make out where he was, she found herself in his bedroom. There were a couple of guitars and random clothing items dotted around the room. Suddenly, Jared strolled in, wet and topless, wearing only a towel. Ella couldn't help but stare, he made her weak at the knees. She glanced at him distreetly, trying not to go red "give me a warning next time you start taking your clothes off" she nervously giggled. Jared seemed different today, like he had something on his mind "oh, you love it really" he replied, as he stroked her cheek and then turned away, walking past her. He looked back at her, "Oh, you know I have the Suicide Squad premiere tonight, you can come with me" he said with a nod. Ella got out her phone and looked at her topless, dripping wet boss "erm, yeah sure, for work purposes" she said as professionally as she could. Jared grinned and then went headed into his en-suite.

Ella stood there for a few seconds and then thought that it would be a good idea to go back downstairs to the office. She put her head in her hands 'for work purposes!' Now he's really going to figure out that something's wrong, she thought. What I am going to do? She kept thinking. Making her way back to her desk.

Twenty minutes later

Jared strolled back down the stairs, fully clothed. He held in his hands a long, red dress and presented this to Ella.

As soon as her head rose and her eyes clocked Jared, Ella's mouth dropped. He placed it near her, as her hands met the material "where did you get this, it's absolutely beautiful" she beamed. Jared smiled at her, as her put bits of her blonde fringe behind her ear. Which made her look directly at him. Jared continued staring at her "I just thought you would look great in it, it's not just for work purposes Ella I want to take you out somewhere, I can't thank you enough for everything you do for me" he whispered in an anxious tone. Ella felt startled and looked at every inch of his face, "its fine. It's my job, thanks for the dress. I love it" she said as she quickly looked down. Jared looked puzzled with her reaction, he scurried out the door to answer his ringing mobile, it was Tomo asking him about the Thirty Seconds To Mars show that they were doing tomorrow. Ella waited till her boss was out of sight, she bit her lip and smiled "oh my god" she said to herself. Her head tilted to side and she started to daydream about Jared. Emma, his manager slammed some files on the desk, which made Ella jump. Ella looked at her "sorry I didn't mean to startle you, Hun" she said with a small smile". Ella sighed as she facebooked Emily, 'Hi Emily, going to the Suicide Squad premiere with Jared tonight. Enjoy your date with Grey. E X'. 

She grinned as she saw the message was sent. She was happy that her and Emily were finally back in the game. But she didn't want her getting her hopes up. Ella slung back in her chair, she had no clue what to wear tonight but she knew one thing, she was very nervous. 

Emma started putting files away as she noticed Ella's facial expression "Make sure you tend to Jared's needs tonight and I don't mean 'them' needs" she stated. Ella lifted her hands up, baffled by Emma's response "I honestly have no clue what your talking about.." She stated, as she started to question Emma's personality. Emma sat down and looked straight at Ella "I see the way you both look at each other, just don't let without is going on with you two get in the way of work please" she said, in a serious business-like tone. Ella crossed her arms and began to think, like really think. She thought about Jared.. did he really have a thing for her? She couldn't believe that his manager was being off with her. What sort of a girl did she think she was? Just because he was this hollywood heartthrob didn't mean that she would chuck herself at him. But all she could think about was what the night could hold for her...
