When Love Takes Over. (Chapters 9 - 20 in Development!)

CHAPTER THIRTY ONE

Today was the due date, Ella was starting to feel anxious and excited. She couldn't wait to meet her baby nor could Jared, but it was just the experience of giving birth that made her feel wary. It was the unknown and all of the different things that could happen but she knew no matter how painful it would be, it would all be worth it....

Pregnancy really was taking it's toll on her now, she was fatigued and her whole body was aching. It had also been a couple of weeks since she had the fall. Thankfully the baby was completely fine but Jared wouldn't let Ella move a muscle. So she spent her days, binge watching shows, reading and eating chocolate. But today, she was passing the time by making a cute album for Jamie and Emilys wedding pictures. She smiled at every photo, she could remember how happy her sister was and inside that made her happy too.

She decorated each page with glitter and quotes alongside the pictures. She felt excited to finish it and show Emily the entire album.

Her sister had been great by how she would ring her everyday to check how she was or just for a random chat.

As she was focused on her little project, Jared came in wearing an open shirt. Ella glanced up and went red, getting up "sorry I didn't realise you were getting ready now.." she said. Jared laughed a little, seeing how she blushed "Ella it's not like you haven't seen any of it before" he teased, staring at each other.

She slowly sat back down, as he turned to a nearby mirror and unbuttoned the shirt up. She looked at him in the mirror, tilting her head, he really was heavely. He noticed that she was looking before his eyes met hers, he smirked. Realising that she was full on liking what she was seeing.

He sat on the bed, his hand moving a whisp of her hair behind her ear, her eyes were on his, they then kissed sweetly.

They pulled away, feeling the love between them. Jared stared at her, a smile forming on his face "you could have our baby today" he mentioned, looking happy. Ella thought that this was cute of him to say, but she giggled a little "Jared, you do know that only 4% percent of babies are born on the due date?" she explained, giggling even more. Jared raised an eyebrow "this isn't just any baby, it's our baby.." he replied, slowly placing a hand on her stomach. He blinked as he stared at her "she's both of us and we're pretty cool" he commented, grinning at her with a glimmer in his eye. Ella slowly moved closer to his lips, he kissed her softly. She thought for a second, "yeah you're right we are.. and we'll make pretty cool parents too" she said, smiling at him.

It is was so close, they will be meeting their baby and they were both filled with excitement! Question is, when would Ella be giving birth?! Well, it certainly would be really soon...

Emily was now with Ella in the lounge area. Jared actually phoned her sister and told her to spend time with Ella tonight, he didn't want her on her own. Him and Jamie were at a charity Gala. However, Ella thought it was awfully sweet of him to call Emily but she didn't need a babysitter.

Emily took a sip of her red wine, scanning Ella "I got us your favourite takeaway, it's on the way as we speak" She said, as she drank more from the glass. Ella slowly leant forward to sort out her pillow, she was trying to get comfy. "you didn't need to do that, it's not fair that Jared had to call you to be here as it is" Ella replied, letting out a groan. Emily gave her a look "are you forgetting that I'm your sister?" She asked, mockingly. Ella tried not to laugh "I sadly can't" she joked, looking at her, laughing. Emily gasped, placing her glass down. She stopped for a moment, "I wanted to be here, I always want to spend time with you so you'll never be a burden.. it's a chance for us to have a girls night, you know, like what normal sisters do" she commented, smiling warmly.
