"Is there anything else?" Asks Gibbs.
"If it was your killer, we might get DNA," said Ducky.
"Death hour, Duck?" Asks the Gibbs looking at the watch.
"Near past midnight." he said.
"Boss, we have a footprint." Said Tony. "The sniper has neglected the ammunition, three 22-gauge capsules."
"He was not exactly a pro." Told Shannon.
"He was clever enough to use the muffler - no police record of shooting," McGee said.
"victim?" Asks Gibbs.
"Navy Lieutenant Eric Kutzler, 28. Seabee has appointed him to the Defense Department Naval Support," said Tony.
"Witnesses?" Asks Gibbs.
"Well, there was the neighbor's dog whose name is 'Lockey,'" said Tony.
"It's Loki." Said the McGee. "Loki, as the prince of Asgard?"
"The God of cheating?" Said Bishop.
"Thor's brother, the one with the giant hammer." Told Shannon.
"From Thor's comics, Tony." Said Bishop.
"Thor, the nerds are taking over." Tony enjoyed it. "Not that you're a nerd, Shannon. It's just me, Shannon, and you, boss." Gibbs looks at Tony. "I'll check ... I'll check the house."
"I'm going to question the neighbors." Said the McGee.
"I'll take pictures somewhere else." Said Bishop, leaving Shannon and Gibbs alone.
Gibbs looks at Shannon. "I'm going to help Tony." She said and turned to walk away and Gibbs looks at her ass.
Shannon went to take pictures in the house with Bishop.
"It looks like a broken coop." Said Bishop.
"It could be from a fight." Told Shannon.
"But nothing else seems to have been thrown." Said Bishop.
"not exactly." Tony said and closed the door with blood on the door.
"This is blood." Said Bishop.
"Of whom? Of the killer or of the Victim?" Ask Shannon and take a picture.
"I think we have found the source of our victim's assaults." Said Tony.
La outside Gibbs was talking to one of the witnesses.
"Were you the first officer on the scene?" Asks Gibbs
"right." Said the Man.
"What time was it?" Asks Gibbs.
"I'm not sure. I left my shift after eight o'clock," said the Man.
"You left the shift?" Asks Gibbs.
"I checked your vital signs ...." said the Man. "But I knew .... that he was dead."
"Did you know the victim?" Asks Gibbs.
"he is my husband." Said the Man. "He went out to work last night, around 7:00 PM, and Eric was fine, everything was normal, he called me at midnight, but I just saw the morning message."
Gibbs's phone rang and he said, "Just a moment, McGee." And points to the man.
