Capítulo 3

McGee, Gibbs, and Shannon went to the building: "we got your back ... Taxes!". McGee knocked on the door and no one answered.

"Hello, anyone at home?" Asks McGee after hitting. "

Gibbs had gone to see the back door. "Locked bottom door." Said the Gibbs.

"The trustee came in. He said that the tenant changed the lock recently, but we were free to break it." told Shannon as he tried to open the door with two keys to open locks. And he opened the door as soon as he finished speaking. They entered.

"NCIS!" McGee said as he walked in, Shannon and Gibbs went behind him, too, with lanterns. "It's not exactly H & R Block." Said McGee.

"The union said something else!" Gibbs asks Shannon.

"Said the guy who rented the place paid cash. It gave me a description and it seemed to be a fake name. Whoever rented this place certainly wanted privacy," said Shannon behind Gibbs.

"Speaking of it ....." McGee begins. "Sorry for interrupting you and Rebecca, boss," said McGee and Gibbs looked at Shannon. "Are you going to the wedding?"

"no." He said, looking at Shannon again.

"I do not blame you." Said McGee. I'm sure the groom is not happy that you were invited. At least, if he discovered you two .... "Gibbs looks at him suddenly and said," McGee looks at Shannon.

"They slept innocently all night long, completely innocent." Said McGee.

"Got something to say?" Asks Gibbs

"no no no no." Said McGee. "I was just saying why, you know ... it seems like the two of you were ... Shannon can ...."

McGee looks at Gibbs and Shannon. "I mean ...." he said and looks to the side, points the lantern to the floor. "what is that?"

"Another cat in trouble, McGee?" Asks Gibbs.

"Someone used a gun here." Told Shannon.

McGee picks up a bottle of liquid and blows the floor. Then it picks up the U.V light and shows blood on the floor.

"It's blood." Said McGee. "Someone tried to clean, but it's definitely blood." He said looking at Gibbs.

"I'll get the lights in the car." Told Shannon using it as an excuse to get out of there before it burst with fury.

"No, let me go." Said the McGee and leaves leaving Shannon and Gibbs alone.

When McGee left, Gibbs glanced at Shannon as she headed toward the window.

"Why did McGee say that?" Asks the Gibbs approaching her.

"What what?" She asks without looking at him.

"" Shannon can what? "" He said.

"I do not know, maybe because I'm a dead woman's look-alike, they think we can have something, I do not know. This is not the first time one of them hints at something about it. " She said looking at the window and at that moment Gibbs was very close to her, she could hear his breath in her ear. And in that she turns to him to effectively look at each other's eyes.

Gibbs takes a step forward and Shannon takes a step back.
