- Good morning agents. As you might have heard, our department is investigating the senator's Michael Simmons' son suicide case.
- of course Director. Something like that doenst happen very often around here. The boy didnt had 18 yet. For what i heard, it was suicide and the case was about to be close.- Tony commented.
- the Senator asked us personally not to close it yet. Try to find the motive for the suicide. And where the kid got the gun from. Pay atention: the gun was unique, it had Scandinavian runes engraved on the butt.- said Vance.
- understood. Anything else?- Gibbs asked.
- we have a criminal that made a deal with the court. His name is Richard Pearson. He was a owner of a gun store, but now he is uneployed and surviving from the state. He had connections with gun dealers, so he can be useful.- Vance said.
- intersting person, we need to talk to him. - McGee said.
- oh, yes. And it was found a part of the torn suicidal note. " forgive me, my father should be have shame...." maybe you can find the other part.- Vance added.
They went pick up Richard.
- so how is life, agents? My name is Rick.... they probably already told you. 'Cof-cof'.... Rick had already heard a rumor that you are looking for some gun dealers.
- if you have some information, speak. Other wise, dont make us lose time. - Gibbs said.
- easy chief. Rick know all local merchants and what they sell. What exactly are you looking for?
- you know somone who could sold a Eagle desert with Scandinavian runes engraved on the butt?
- hum...... that looks good.... Drizzle spent the time on the Town point Park, next to a tree...'Cof-cof'.... i dont know how things are now, but he use to have something like that.
- Drizzle of the park? Is that his name?
- you are a true sherlock chief. Haha! But he can smell a cop a mile away, and, even if you catch him  he wont say a word.

- Rick already said everything that needed to be said. Drizzle usually use a white shirt and wears a bead necklace to identify him.
- well, that is not alot of information, but it must be enough. We need to catch Drizzle in the act. And make him talk.- Said Tony after Rick left.
- lets put a hidden camera on the Park, and observe every movement he does and catch him in the act.- McGee looks at Gibbs and said - Whats the problem?
- the Park is big. We need to watch him from above, but, if we use drones, Drizzle will suspect that something is wrong and cancel the deal.- Bishop said.
- i had an idea. We use kites with cameras instead of drones. That way, we can see him from above and no one will suspect.- Shannon said.
- lets think in how much kites do we need. There are 4 roads to the Park. If we put a kite above each road and one above the center of the park, so we need a total of 5 kites.- McGee said.
After Abby and McGee install cameras on the kites. They went to the Park.
- looks like you are watching TV... 'Cof-cof'... Do you intent use the kites to observe? My vision is blurry because of the heat. Rick dont help you here.
- i hope that the weather keeps good until the end of the operation. What are you talking, Rick, stop whinning. If yoy dont help us voluntarily,  we will force you. I doubt that you had done something useful with your life until now.- Tony said to him.
-Relax chief. Rick was a good student at school.....'Cof-cof'.... Alright Rick will help. I will talk to him and try to make a deal so you can catch him.
After a while.
- Did you see Drizzle's face when we caught him. He only realized he was caught after you read his rights to him. I think he will confess everything on the interrogation room.- Tony commented.
- i have to say, kites as surveillence was a great idea.- Gibbs said.
When they arrive to the headquarters.
- agent Gibbs someone wants to share some information with you. Comsider this case as a voluntarily. He will be good for our general reputation to the SECNAV. His name is Darrell Woods, he is a modest landlord on the poor neighberwoods. Visits sometimes brothels, drinks too much, makes high bets in races and own money to half of the local loan sharks. Maybe this might be interesting. Keep working on the senator's suicide son too.
- alright. Where is he?
- in the conference room with Shannon.
- so whats up agents? The handsome man must be Agent Gibbs and the pretty lady here is Shannon, right?
- keep your compliments to your hoes, Woods. Why you wanna talk to us about?- Gibbs said angrily.
- i heard that one of the pier of Norfolk will receives regularly a shipment of "ladies" at night to exportation. Lets say that this "ladies" come to our country through a process not exactly legal.
- to whom they are divering? Whats the number of the pier?
- not so fast, Gibbs. Im only going to whisper the details on Shannon's ear.
- i have a glock 17 loaded on my belt, Woods. If you dont want to whisper the details on her pipe, talk now.- Shannon said as Gibbs was  ready to kill him for that.
- alright kitten, write this. They will be delivered on pier 5 on a yatch called Santa Catalina. The meeting will be at 3 in the morning.
- right lets see. And you are going with us. You have a date above a humid and dirty bridge. We need to take photos. Any high activity on the pier will scary our clients. Whay should we do?- Gibbs stated. - if we manage to get some diver clothes, we could aproach enough to the point of the meeting and take photos on the water surface.- Gibbs said.
- good idea " Handsome man". We need to ask McGee to find the diver equipment.- Shannon said.
Gibbs asked McGee for the equipment, then he said to him and Shannon to keep looking for the reason that the Senator's son took suicide.
Abby received a call from the Director saying that tomorow she will be giving a presentation about forensic scientist.
