- Archie Morgan was murder this morning. You are is girlfriend, did you knew where he was?- Gibbs asked.
- This is terrible, but Im not his girlfriend. We were just friends, and i didnt see him in a couple of days.
- Do you remember this photo? Why Archie torn the photo? Who is the 3rd person?
- i dont remember. These paparazzi are crazy, if you understand me. Here is my number, agent Gibbs. Call me if you need my help with anything. See you soon, agent Gibbs.- she said in a flirt way.
- " Ah, Agent Gibbs, call me." What a fake flirt! I am sure that she is lying.- Shannon said as she and Gibbs see Jessica enter the elevator.
- you're jeaulous, Shannon? If you wanna know, she seems Nice, but Yes, she is lying. Nowadays, if you print a photo is because she is special to you. - Gibbs said
-  Get real, Jethro. Dont let that the beauty of that little doll distracted you. I think that this photo was with Archie. We must check the crime scene again.- Shannon said.

He later send McGee and Tony check the crime scene
- ei, Tony. We should check this pile of leaf. It is close to the crime scene.- McGee said as he put the gloves in his hands.
After McGee put the gloves on, he started to check the pile.
- looks like pieces of a photo. And it was pretty well torned. Abby is going to have so much fun, putting their back together.- Tony commented.
After Abby received the pieces of the photo, she started to put them back together.
- wow, Abby was fast. Now we can see thw 3rd person. It was assined with "kisses" by a left-handed.
- great, anything else?- asked Gibbs.
- maybe its not important, but the closet behind them was moved. The floor has marks, that suggest that it was moved.- Abby said.
- brilliant, Abby. We will check Archie's room again.- Bishop said.
- meanwhile, we will talk to Jessica again.- Gibbs said.
After Jessica return to the NCIS headquarters.
- we found the other pieces of the photo. Do you remember now?- asked Gibbs.
- right, right. This is Philip, Archie's friend.- she said.
- Jessica, why did you lied to us? And where did you hurt your harm?- Gibbs asked.
- why would i lie to someone as beautiful as you, agent Gibbs? I didnt remember the photo, umtil you showed me the rest of it. And the bruise..... Just a car accident.
- where can we find this Philip?
- how would i know? I need to go now, bye agent Gibbs. You know where to find me.
- Jethro, she is lying again. We need something to make her talk. - Shannon said pissed.
Gibbs looks at McGee.
- McGee, see what can you find about this philip. Tony, Bishop go to Archie's room.
Gibbs get closer to Shannon.
- How his the baby?- He asked as he put his hand over her belly.

He smiles. - you look tired. Maybe you need to take some rest. Go to the conference room and try to sleep a little bit.

Tony ans Bishop arrived to Archie's room.
- the floor is scratched. Maybe had something over him.- Bishop said
- Yes, we dont need a fortune teller to know that. We need to find something to break the floor.- Tony said.
- i found this screwdriver. Now we can lift the clapboard.- Bishop said as she gives Tony the tool.
- go there, Bishop. I need to lift this clapboard. I hope that this helps us to solve this case. - Tony pick up something. - there is just a document.  But he must  really important to be hidden like this.
- i cant wait to read it.- Bishop said. But to her unhappiness, Gibbs asked Ducky to read it. Of course Ducky ask her to help him.
- this is an confidentiality agreement between Jessica and Archie. Tge analyses of the signatures suggest that Jessica is left-handed.- Ducky said.
- great, good job Ducky. So Jessica is hidden important information. Maybe this will make her talk. By the way, where is Shannon. I think she doesnt want to lose the moment that Gibbs will break her and make her cry.- Tony said .- Gibbs send her to the conference room to rest. Baby is kicking alot.- Ducky said.
- Jessica will come tomorrow, Boss. - McGee said as he ends the phone call.
- meanwhe lets keep digging.- Gibbs said.
The next morning.
- what do you have to say about this? - Gibbs said as he shows her the deal.
- you found it? Right....... Archie was gay, and i was his fake girlfriend. But i didnt do this for altruism. If you want to know.
- for the second time, why did you lie to us?
- i was afraid, okay. If professor Morgan finds out that i told you, he would kill me. He already threat me. The guy in the photo is Archie's boyfriend. Ask Frank about him. He knows him.
- so his father already knew it. Maybe we should talk to him too. - Gibbs said to the team as Jessica left. - McGee talk to thw professor about intimidation. Take Bishop with you. DiNozzo, you and i will talk to Frank.
- sounds good, boss.- Tony said.
McGee goes to talk to the professor.
- Professor Morgan, Archie was gay and you knew it, Jessica told us. Why did you threat her?- McGee said
- That witch with that big mouth. How did things get to this point?
- calm down, Professor. Tell us the motive for which you hide the truth from us.- Bushop said
- his mother couldnt handle when she caught them in our living room. She wanted grandchildren so much. She did two months later.
- Alright. Its enough. Thanks Professor. McGee calls Gibbs to inform him. And to tell him that Bishop found a bag on Archie's room that belongs to Philip. He was going to take it Abby.
- without Philip's testemony, our investigation cant go further.- Gibbs said to McGee.- Keep digging.
Tony and Gibbs atrive to Frank's office.
- Frank, we are looking for Philip Vaulette. Jessica told us that they were a couple and that you are the one that made them met each other. Why fid you hide that from us?- Gibbs said.
- well, im not payed to reveal my clients secrets.
- where can we find Philip?- Tony asked.
- you think he could have killed Archie? Now that im thinking, they did fought alot. He surely is on his yatch, giving a party that lasts all day.
- lets go to the yatch talk to him.- Gibbs said as he calls McGee and Bishop to join them.
They all arruve to the yatch.
- hello agents. You came to see me? Is the music, isnt it. We are going to be quick. I have to provide cleaning of my yatch after the great party that i give last night.
- Archie Morgan was found dead this morning. When was the last time you saw him?- Gibbs asked.
- No! Not my love.! How could be. He left here earlier and now he os dead?
- he was on your party last night? Je could have fought against one of the other guests. Do you know if he was going to meet someone today?- Gibbs asked.
- Archie was a good person. Never get into any fight. I didnt know where he was going today, but you can look around if that helps find who took the life of my love. Dont bother with the mess.
- one more thing. That cut on your head. Did you hurt yourself on the party?- Tony asked.
- i guess so. Not that i remember anything. Just find the killer, please.
- there is no motive to doubt Philip. The party was noisy and crowded.
Abby calls Gibbs.
- i found that the victim grab a piece of clothe of the killer during the fight. Can you find if there is a piece of clothe on the crime scene.
- alright Abby. We also going to bring you the security footage from the yacht.
- i cant wait to examinate them.
- Tony go and take Bishop with you.- Gibbs said.
Tony and McGee found a piece of clothe closer to the crime scene. Gibbs and Bishop finish investigate the yatch and they all return to the NCIS.
Hours later Abby had News.
- This piece of fabric is made of silk. And surely was torn from the killer's clothe. So, the fact  that the killer use white clothes is a big step. Good job, people.- Abby said.
- we do our best, Abby.- Tony commented.
- i wouldnt want to kill someone during your shift. - Abby said.- And i found something interesting on the footage of the yatch. A fight happened.
- wow. Archie and Frank. Jim is trying to calm them both. So Jim knew h. That explain how he got that bruise on his nose, Archie had a good punch.- Shannon said.
- if we look to the scene, he is left-handed, just like the killer.- McGee said
- we need to cathmch that jogger.-  Tony said
- this tapes were very useful. - Bishop said
- lets take a look at the afternoon footages too.- Gibbs said.
- in that tape, Archie is stealing money from the yatch. Philip must had saw him. - Abby said
- lets talk to him too. Tony, Bishop go see if you find the jogger and bring him in. Bishop and I are going to talk to Philip.
