[A Confession]

Jungkook

We had been swinging for a bit, joking around when I figured it was finally time to go back.

I jumped off the swing and encouraged Jimin to do so as well, "Come on! It's not hard."

"Shut up! You know I'm clumsy," He pouts, placing his arms so he can jump off. I pull my phone out, waiting for him to jump but instead, he falls backward before he can even get off.

I laughed at him, heading toward him. Jimin frowned, putting his hands up so I can pull him up.

"Jimin? Are you okay?" I put my hand out but he drops his arms before I can pull him up.

"My face hurts."

"Jimin, you fell onto your back."

"My lips hurt the most," He said while pointing to them. I gave him a confused look and continued to hold out my hand. "Can you kiss them and make it better?" My face turned bright red and I looked at him in shock. He sat on the ground and pointed to his lips while pouting. "I'm not moving until you do..." He spoke softly.

It's just a kiss from your boyfriend. B O Y F R I E N D. Fuck, why am I so red?

"Fine," I bent down, my face turning redder by the second. If that was even possible at this point. I turned my face slightly and went in to kiss him. Just as I did, he brought his lips to mine and passionately kissed me.

His hands found the collar of my shirt and I swear I could've died. Everything felt perfect. I pulled away after a little while, my face red as I helped him up.

I went to speak to him but was cut off by hooting from the bushes. Jimin and I both looked at each other, then at the bushes, confused. I looked over and saw some faces I didn't want to.

This is why we can't have nice things.

"Aww, look! Jungkook finally managed to get a boyfriend," Kyle said tauntingly. He clapped his hands together as he walked closer to us. I stood in front of Jimin, trying to be as confident as possible.

One. Two. Three. Four.

It's okay, you have Jimin to worry about.

Kyle and his other friend James. They went to our school, but ditched so often I never actually saw them. Instead, they used to follow me home hurling slurs at me.

"Piss off," My voice shook slightly as I felt Jimin grab on to the back of my shirt.

"Oh look, it speaks," James teases, trying to grab Jimin from behind me. I shoved him away, taking a few more steps back with Jimin pressed against my back.

"What? Surprised? I know it's hard for you but some of us have brains," I wasn't in the mood for their games. I had Jimin to protect and I just wanted to get back to the dorms. I didn't want to deal with this bullshit today.

One. Two. Three. Four.

"You think you can talk back now, do you? Just because you have some friends," Kyle scoffed at me and pushed me. I moved so I wouldn't knock into Jimin, but I revealed him in the process.

"You really shouldn't be hanging out with this guy. He's worthless you know?" James bent down and talked to a startled Jimin. Jimin almost tripped, trying to step away from him.

"I can choose who I hang out with, thank you," Jimin hissed as he walked over to me.

"Let's go," I whispered down to him, gently grabbing his arm and he nodded. The next thing I knew was I was being pushed. A punch was thrown at Jimin and I quickly hid him behind me, taking the brunt of his fist.
