Finally Alone

Clara P.O.V

I was really sad when Pokémon Battles was over. If you haven't noticed, it is my favorite class-for now. Right now I'm on my way to Pokémon Evolution with none other than Professor Rowan. That dude scares the hell out of me, but he is still a good teacher. May and I are walking together towards his class while gossiping. We arrived and took our place right next to each other. The look when he saw me was priceless, but it was getting old. Every Professor has been staring at me ever since I got here. It's uncomfortable.

"Hello everyone and welcome back to Pokémon Evolution. I hope you remember what we saw last quarter because there's going to be an exam on Friday." Wait, Friday's tomorrow!

Everyone in our class groaned and Professor Rowan eyed us with an irritated expression. We started class and all he talked about was how some Pokémon evolve, and how some don't. I already knew this stuff since he gave me a 3 week lecture about it, so all I did was look out the window to get distracted.

The bell rang, which caused me to bolt straight and May laughed. We collected our belongings and exited the room and comtinued our talk.

While we were talking, I accidentally hit someone with my shoulder. I turned around and apologized before realizing who it was. Ash.

"I am so sorry," I said. I then turned to Pikachu and asked, "Are you okay? Did I hurt you?"

Pikachu shook his head and said, ~Don't worry. I'm fine~ He later flashed me a smile.

I was so caugt up with Pikachu, I forgot about Ash. I turned my head and gave him an apologetic look, but he chuckled and smiled. His smile was rather cute, and his chuckle was - SNAP OUT OF IT CLARA!

"Are you okay?" I asked.

"Yes, we're completely fine. You really shouldn't worry about it," he replied.

I snickered in response. We stood in awkward silence for a while before he continued.

"So, I'm still going to your house right?"

I shot him a look as if he was crazy. "Of course you are."

May interrupted our talk and called my name. I said goodbye to Ash and Pikachu and ran to her.

"What was that about?" she smirked.

"He has a girlfriend stupid! I was just apologizing," I answered. We resumed our chatter and eventually reached out lockers. Dawn and Iris were waiting for us, so May and I had to hurry up. We finished and conversed with each other.

We entered the cafeteria and observed how long the line was. I really had no choice. I was so hungry I could eat a whole horse. We got in line and waited. Every once in a while I could hear my stomach asking me for food, grumbling. We picked up our food and went to our table. I finished my food first, so I sat bored while twirling my hair.

"So," May said while eating, "who do you guys ship Clara with?"

I snapped my head up and shook my head. "Oh, I am defintely not going to be a part of this conversation." And with that, I stood up and left the cafeteria. Ninetales was by my side and we did some exploring. Since I'm new, and Dawn still hasn't shown me around, I will look around myself.
