With Brooke's arms around Scott, she brushed back his hair while they both cried in the leaves. Out of nowhere a huge voltage of shock coursed through her coming from her right side. Brooke yelled out in pain as she lost her grip on Scott. She rolled into the leaves and Scott panicked as he looked at her unnatural state. He shook her shoulders as Brooke shivered and shook in pain.

"Brooke? Brooke, what's wrong?" Scott ran over his words.

"K-Kate."

"She has you, where? Tel- "

And just like that Brooke wasn't outside anymore, but she would've much rather have been back in the woods with Scott than in the dungeon with Kate and Derek. Kate had an electrified baton in her hand, Brooke didn't find it very original. Derek pulled at his restraints and Brooke tried her best to get back on her feet. He glanced over at her as soon as she appeared, but Brooke looked away and stared at her body lying on the cement floor. Her cold, barely clothed, unconscious, worn out, ugly looking, badly scarred, bruised up body.

"We're running out of time Derek, just tell me who the alpha is." Kate snapped. As Brooke let out a shaky breath she stumbled her way over to lean against the steel table that held the infernal contraption.

"Derek," He looked at Brooke as she spoke, but her eyes didn't meet his while she tried to catch her breath. "Don't tell her anything, I have a plan."

Kate answered her phone as soon as it started to ring. Her older brother continued to do what he had always done, kept her in line, which she hated about as much as she hated Derek Hale.

"Where are you, Kate?! Get home. Right! Now!" Chris shouted into his phone as he paced around the den in his two story house.

"I'll be there in a little while, just calm down Chris." Kate rolled her eyes.

"NOW!" Chris' voice was the sharpest it had ever been, it even made Derek wince at the noise. Brooke watched as her breathing returned to normal.

"On my way." Kate fake smiled before she hung up. "Don't fret Derek, I'll be back and I'll find out everything that I need to. No. Matter. What."

Her shoes made an annoying clicking sound as she walked past Brooke and out the dungeon door. Brooke finally managed to slide herself into the metal chair, but every time her body moved she seethed in pain. Derek watched her as she moved in her damaged state, he sighed as he averted his eyes to her body on the floor. It only made it harder for him to be upset with her.

"I-I'm r-really sor-sor-ry." She shivered.

"What exactly happened? I want to know everything." He didn't even meet her eyes but he felt her Brooke's sorrow as it lingered in the air.

"Okay. Okay, I'll tell you everything." Brooke stated.

Chris Argent, with only half of his might, threw a vase against the lit fireplace in his darkened den. The shattered porcelain sent small fragments everywhere, but it only made Chris more angry.

"You've been leaving her clues! God, how could I not see this." He exclaimed in rage and his sister rolled her eyes in total annoyance. "She knows because you wanted her to!"

"Because she needs to know!" Kate fired back at her older brother.

"Why are you even here Kate!? Who are you trying to help?" Chris questioned.

"I'm here to help kill the alpha who's been killing random people." Kate claimed as she crossed her arms.

"Not random." He shook his head at her. "Ty said that Sheriff Stilinski can connect every murder back to the Hale Fire. Even the Morrell's."
