Gerard's P.O.V

I couldn't get the image of a bare-chested Kellin, with water dripping down him, out of my head. He was so hot. And now I had my hand on his thigh! And he obviously didn't mind!

We walked into the breakfast bar, still not mentioning what happened in the car. Luckily, it didn't seem awkward. It seemed...positive. Like we were just enjoying each others company. I'd only had a splash of whisky with my coffee this morning compared to my usual half a cup. I didn't feel as bad as I normally did. I was with Kellin and things just seemed...easy. He was easy to get along with and didn't seem one to judge. And also he was really caring, he'd barely known me for a day and he constantly asked how I was, not to mention when he carried me to bed the other day. Not only did he make me feel better, but I wasn't going to risk other people noticing that I had a slight problem with alcohol.

A little while later we were sat in a booth laughing over cups of coffee and stacks of pancakes lathered in syrup. We'd been sat there for well over an hour and people probably wondered where we were but I couldn't give a shit. I was with Kellin I was happy for once. And I think he was too.

He giggled, bringing me back to reality. "You're really funny, you know that?" He said, wiping tears from his eyes, still laughing.

"Don't forget sassy." I put a hand on my hip and pout, blowing air kisses at him. He bursts into hysterics, drawing attention from the rest of the cafe. I couldn't care less.

"You're hilarious!" He's still giggling. He's so cute. I smile as he tries to stop laughing.

"Thanks." I grin.

"So, about that party..."

"What about it?"

"Did you vomit because of me?" He asked, obviously thinking it was his fault.

I shook my head. "No, no. I'd drank too much, it definitely wasn't you."

He looked down at the table. "Okay." He mumbled, unconvinced.

"I'm being serious, do you think I'd pull you into my lap if you disgusted me?" Did I just say that? I basically just told him I was gay. For fucks sake, Gerard!

"No, I...I don't know." He shook his head.

"It doesn't matter." I muttered, the mood suddenly souring.

He stood up, throwing some dollar bills on the table to cover the costs. I threw half back at him and put my share down. "You're not paying for me."

"Fine." He said, probably thinking I seemed moody. I stood up and followed him out the doors, I knew of a little park down the road and asked if he wanted to go for a walk there. He agreed and we started walking.
