Lissa's POV

I wake up on Saturday morning with the worst headache ever. I groan and the memories from last night begin to come back to me.

I remember Sam and Davey dancing, K and that British guy talking, and me getting drunk. Then I got in Drew's car and he drove me home.

I head to my closet and see my clothes from last night on the floor. They smell weird almost like...and then I remember. I threw up in Drew's car. Gross. That must have very awkward. His ex-girlfriend throws up in his car after he picks her up drunk.

I try to get over it.

I pick out a pair of jeans and a pink Aeropostale sweatshirt. I head to the bathroom and brush my teeth and wash my face. I check my phone and I have a text from Drew. I brace myself, it says,' Can we talk?' I text him back to meet me at Starbucks at 10:00. It's 9:00 now so I have time to eat and do my hair.

I can feel the butterflies beginning to flutter in my stomach and decide to skip breakfast. I want to talk to Drew but I'm nervous to hear what he has to say.

Kylie's POV

I wake up with a huge smile on my face. Last night was amazing. Luke and I talked and talked and talked until 1. He drove me home and gave me his number.

I learned a lot about him. He's 18 out of high school but taking a year before college. He's originally from England but moved here when he was 15. We arranged to meet up for coffee on Sunday and go to a book store. We had a lot in common.

I get a text from and check my phone. The screen name says 'Wiseman' which means it's Sam. I check it and it says,'call me we need to talk.' Hmm, that's mysterious.

I wash my face and brush my teeth before I call him.

He picks up on the third ring," Hello?"

"Hey," I say.

"Oh hi, um sooo,"

I roll my eyes," You asked if we could talk?"

"Oh right so um last night when, who was that guy?"

"That guy was Luke."

"Are you guys friends?"

I think for a second,"Yes."

"Well, I was just worried, a little bit."

Sam has this thing, where when he gets on the phone, he never knows how to say what he wants to say. "Why were you worried Sam?"

"Well, you just weren't looking out for Lissa. Drew had to come pick her up when she got drunk so-"

I cut him off," Wait, she got drunk."

"And my point is proven."

I think back to last night. Was I really that self-absorbed?

"No not really," he replies.

Shoot I said that out loud

"I guess I should-" I hear something in the background on Sam's end. "Everything okay in there?"

"Yep," He states, a little too quickly." I just gotta go. Bye."

I'm about to say bye when I hear him say,"Hey D," and the line is disconnected. Davey, seriously Davey. Davey's more important to him than I am, now? Great.

Sam's POV

"This moment is perfect," She says.

I kiss her forehead. She's right. This moment right here is perfect.

Davey and I are sitting in the park on a picnic blanket. We're laying down with her head on my chest. Davey is so beautiful. She toned her edgy style down for our date today. She had her hair in a side braid which complimented the blue in her hair. She was wearing a black Leap of Faith tank top, black skinny jeans, combat boots, and a black jacket with cute cat ears on the hood. She looked tough but cute. I've only known her for less than a week, but it feels like it's been forever.

"I'm glad you think so," I answered.

She sat up, turned to me, and looked into my eyes. She put her lips on mine, softly, teasingly. She smiled, knowing that I wanted more but I needed to tell her.

"I have something to tell you," I state, seriously.

She immediately is serious, her concerned eyes search my face.

"I- I um well, the reason, uh, Kylie, and um I were f-fighting, was because, and remember this was before I knew you, I told Ky that I loved her."

Her eyes became sad, no longer searching my face, but staring at the ground. "When?"

"What?"

"When did you tell her?"

"O-on the first day of school." I answered, and instantly regretted as her face fell even more than it already had.

"I think I should head home," She announced. I frowned.

"B-but,"I began.

"Don't worry, you'll see me tomorrow at school, okay."

I nodded. She walked away. I wanted her so badly. I hadn't even thought of K romantically since I started dating Davey. To be honest I was glad,Davey, no matter what she looked like, made me happy. She was what I needed. I was at peace.

Drew's POV

I was at Starbucks at 9:45. I wanted to be here before Lissa so that if she came and tried to change her mind or run away, I could stop her.

I was shocked when I walked in and she was there. She had her hair pulled back in a low ponytail and she was wearing a simple outfit...no make-up I noticed. Did that mean she didn't care what she looked like when she saw me? That she stopped trying? I shook my head and got myself a coffee. I joined her at the booth.

I began to talk,"So um how are you?"

"I'm fine," She said almost coldly. "You wanted to talk to me, remember?"

Jeez, she was being a little harsh. "I uh wanted to talk to you about um getting back together." She sat there not saying anything and her facial expression was blank. I thought the news that I wanted to get back with her would make her excited.

"Why," She whispered."Is it because I'm not pregnant? Is that why, or is it the fact that you miss taking care of me when I'm depressed," She asked raising her voice. "I don't want your pity."

I tried to take her hand that was resting on the table but she moved it. Ouch. I hurry to explain,"No, no even if you were pregnant I would want to raise it as my own. I want to be with you because I love you." She seemed to relax a little. "I want to get past this, okay." I get up and move to her side. I wrap my arms around her and whisper sweet nothings as she cries silently.

"I missed you," I hear her whisper. I kiss her forehead. I knew that I would remember this perfect moment forever.
