Lissa's POV
When I got out of the car with Kylie all eyes were on me...and I was enjoying it. I love attention, unlike Kylie who would rather be invisible if it were a choice. I knew I looked good but I didn't realize I looked that good. Okay, yes I did.
Kylie and I made it up the steps and found some girls to talk to. Suddenly, it got really quiet and I looked to see where everyone's attention was. I couldn't believe it...it was Davey.
Davey's POV
I was at school again. Man I hated this school. Everyone here looked at me like I was a freak, and today when I got out of my car was no exception. All eyes were on me.
I don't know what was wrong with me. This was the normal me, the me I knew and all my friends loved. So why could no one see that here? There was one guy though, that I thought was pretty cute so I gave him my number but he didn't call or text me last night so I guess that's a no from him.
Oh great here he comes.
Sam's POV
"Wow, man that was brave." Drew says.
I had just finished telling him what I had said to Ky yesterday. He was just shocked that I told her at all.
"That was brave but now, since she doesn't return your feelings, you need to get over her. Move on to something new. Someone wild. Someone edgy. Now I don't know about you but I don't know anyone newer, wilder, and edgier than Davey. Added bonus is she likes you."
I had already told him about the note Davey dropped on my desk. He thought it was pretty cool.
"Speak of the devil, there she is," and she was. Today she had the same edgy look with red striped pants and an off the shoulder top, with a red cat eared cap to top it off. She looked amazing.
Drew looked at me and said, "It's now or never dude." I was gonna make my move.
I made my way over to her. She was carrying books along with a black messenger back.
"Do you want me to carry your books," I asked.
"Nope, I'm fine," Davey responded coolly.
"I'm sorry that I didn't call or text you last night," I begin,"but I had a couple of things to take of." She huffs. "But I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me this weekend?" There, I said it now all I had to do was wait.
"Um, sure I guess it could be fun," she replied nonchalantly.
"Yeah definitely fun I'll get back to you with the details," I say trying to fight a grin.
"So,it's a date," she questioned.
I really couldn't stop smiling this time," Of course."
"Cool. Anyway, I'll see you later," She says, now trying to suppress her own grin.
