"Okay you can open your eyes!" Natsu exclaimed, while removing his hand from my eyes. "Oh my gravy!" I whispered loudly. My eyes widened. It was so cool! It reminded me...of my bedroom.
The lights were off and everything there was glow in the dark. Even the bowling shoes. We walked up to the counter. "We would like to bowl." She nodded, "what shoe size are you?"
"I am 6 1/2." She went to grab a pair of green glow in the dark shoes that had black laces and white lining. Natsu told her his size and she went and grabbed it. I gave her 4 Ishgars. "Lane 7" she pointed to an empty lane. The bowling alley didn't have much people any it. There was one couple two lanes over. The girl readied her stance and leaned one foot forward, and her arm back. As she thrusted her arm forward, the ball released out of her fingers, causing it to bang on the ally. She hit 7 pins and left two remaining pins on the right and one on the left. "I have never gone bowling before" I confessed. I put the heel of the shoe over my foot and Natsu was already tying his shoes. "Really?" He asked, looking up at me once he had finished tying them. I nodded and looked up as well. "Let me show you how it's done." He smirked, grabbing a blue marbled ball from the contraption. He then glanced back for a mere second and looked forward. He slowly breathed in the air and his face straightened while he closed his eyes. Opening his eyes after his breath, he took one step back, moved his arm and released the ball. It seemed like forever before the ball hit the pins.
My eyes widened. He slowly walked to sit down in embarrassment. I started cracking up, a little too loud. "You- only Got..." I tried to take breaths between words. "One pin!?" I held my stomach as he rolled his eyes. The pins scooped that one knocked down pin and it brought back 9 pins. Natsu got up from the bench and walked back to his position. He then threw the ball and it went straight into a gutter. Trying to contain my laughter, I bursted out even more, gripping onto my stomach as tears formed in my eyes. Natsu walked backed here with annoyance in his eyes. "Oh sush." I snorted, "you call that bowling?"
"Oh yea?! I would like to see you do better!" He remarked as I smirked, getting up and grabbing a purple size 8 bowling ball. Unaware of the heaviness, the bowling ball almost weighed me down. I caught my balance and stood up straight again. I sighed, and headed toward the line that marked where you can't stand. Bringing my foot forward, the floor was surprisingly slippery and I immediately crashed backwards. The top of my heel crossed over the line, causing it to beep. The very few eyes that were in this place remained on me and the flashing red light. My face flushed red as Natsu rushed over to me, cracking himself up. He tried helping me off the ground by grabbing under my armpits and pulling me up. "Thanks..." I said quietly, quite embarrassed. The only employee there, the one from earlier, rushed over to stop the line from beeping. I quickly apologized to her and she shook her head. "Accidents happen. Just be more careful." She gave a small smile before heading off. Back to reality. Natsu walked me over to the bench, still laughing. My face was still completely red, but I decided to join along in the laughter. "That was embarrassing." I admitted. "Yea no kidding." He wiped a tear from his eye and sighed in relaxation. "It's still your turn." I pouted. "I don't wanna go," I whined in protest. That made Natsu chuckle. "You have to." I groaned and got up and went to picked up the ball where it landed on the floor the next lane over. I walked back to my Lane and took a step back to avoid from crossing that line. I placed my fingers in the ball and flicked my wrist back as my arm moved foreword, releasing my grip from the ball. Anticipation crossed through Natsu and I as we waited for the ball to hit a pin.
Crash! The ball immediately knocked down three pins, while the fourth one was on the verge of falling down. However, my luck failed me and that fourth pin stayed up. I waited for the machine to sweep up the three pins I had knocked over. I went over to receive by ball from the contraption and grabbed my size 8 ball [A/N- DONT HAVE DIRTY THOUGHTS] I took a breath in and examined my remaining pins. There were seven total. Four on the left and two on the right and one in the middle. I attempted to aim at the four on the left, since there were more. I released the ball through my fingertips as it slid across the ally. "Yikes. Gutter..." I sighed in disappointment and headed back to where Natsu was sitting. "Nice one." Natsu mocked as I hissed. It was his turn again. It resulted in knocking down three pins- the same as me, and then four pins. "We suck" I laughed off our failure. "Yea I know." He scratched the back of his head while walking to sit back down. "My hands hurt, let's take a break." He suggested and I nodded. "How about we order some food." My stomach rumbled in agreement. "Sounds great!" We then looked at a menu that stood up in the middle of the table. "Should we get pizza or nachos?" He debated. I shrugged, only caring for the root beer drink. "Either one." He then raised his finger and pressed a button that was located on the table. Someone else came over to take our order. I guess someone's shift has recently started. The waiter took out a pen and a small notepad and flipped it open to a blank page. "Hello. I am Jellal. Can I take your order?" Natsu grinned. "Some pizza and nachos!" He licked his lips. The waiter nodded, writing down the ordered. His eyes turned to me, "and you miss?" I hesitated, "uh can I have the rootbeer."
"Do you have an ID?" He joked. I froze, as he let out a laugh at his own joke. Being polite, I let out a sly and uncomfortable chuckle. "Heh-heh funny." I lied. He grinned, "okay! Is that all?" I nodded and he left up the stairs. "This is fun." I chuckled. Natsu nodded, "it is."-
Natsu and I were just small talking. The waiter finally arrived. He handed me a Rootbeer and Natsu a sprite. "I'll be right back with your food." Leaving once again, I took a sip out of my drink. "Is rootbeer your favorite?" Natsu wondered. I nodded, "yea! It has been, ever since I could remember." I gave a slight smile in joy of reminiscing in my drink. "Is sprite yours?" I asked in return, trying to get to know him better. "I don't know. I usually get it but I wouldn't call it my favorite."
"Well then why do you get it." I asked, confused. "Because I like the bubbles." He pointed at the small carbondyoxide [A/N- I dont know how to spell and auto correct won't correct it] bubbles, exiting through the fizz. "Did you know that there is no way you can say 'Bubbles' angrily. It will just sound funny." He sat there dozed. "BUBBLES!" He attempted. I started bursting out in laughter. It was the fact that he is trying so hard to say it angrily that is making me laugh so much. The waiter brought a basket of nachos in one hand and a large pizza pie in the other (on top of a tray of course). "BUBBLES!" Natsu glared at the waiter as he settled down the food. "W-what?" He asked, uncomfortably. I mentally facepalmed by self and closed my eyes, "ignore him...." I tried shooing Natsu's head from hover over the table. We devoured the food in under 10 minutes. There were like tree slices of pizza left. We decided to take it home so we can have something to eat for dinner tomorrow. After eating, we settled in the seats and talked for a couple of minutes. "Hey! I have an idea!" I cocked my head, "and that is...?" I questioned. He put his pointer finger in the air, straight up, and exclaimed, "let's go to the arcade over there!" His pointer finger turned to face tall glass walls with spaces between as entrances. Inside there were a collection of video games and claw machines. "This is so cool!" The lights from the video games practically lit up the whole room, even though the main lights were off.
"Hey what game is this?" I asked, walking toward a red machine with a picture of a young teenager with really blonde wavy long hair. "It's called 'Zerø'" I observed. I stood in front of it, inspecting the unfamiliar game. Natsu stood directly behind me, intrigued. I pressed the start button. Suddenly that same girl from the picture on the machine appeared on the screen. Except she seemed younger and with shorter hair. She was at a place. A guild. This was a story. That man made her remove her shoes?!?
"I cannot cry. Because if I cry, then I won't be able to meet a fairy!"
The little girl smiled, while sweeping the sidewalk
~
That was an interesting story line. So I am guessing, my goal of this game is to use their new magic powers to defeat blue skull? Sounds easy enough. I pressed the continue button.Ready

Go!
I was playing as Mavis, the main character in this game. She was the teenage girl. I pressed the left button and swiped the joystick up at the same time, resulting in casting the illusion spell. This allowed me to create a fake town illusion. The master of blue skull ran toward me, and caught onto my magic. I then deactivate my illusion and switched over to Zera. I am now playing as Zera. The illusion disappeared and I pressed the right and left button at once to drop the cage onto the Master.

Startling me out of my concentration, a hand was placed on my shoulder. "Lucy. It's time to leave." He yawned. I looked around me and the bowling light were off. I peered out the glass wall and onto a window. The sun had gone down and it's night time now. "What time is it?" I questioned, a little wearily. Natsu lifted his hand to look at his watch. "A little pass nine..." his voice was quiet. I could tell he was tired. "I-I-I'm sooo sorry! I didn't realize!" I cried out. He was too tired to even talk. "Should we call someone to pick us up?" I asked. I know he has motion sick, but he barely had any energy to stay awake and it is dark out. He shook his head. I sighed. "Get on." I crouched down. He hesitated in confusion, then realizing what I was doing. He climbed on my back as I tried to carry his heavy body. He immediately fell asleep and I struggled exiting the building. We walked down the sidewalk with the streetlights making a clear view of the path. It was quiet and cold. We ended up walking pass the house of that creep. A shiver was sent down my spine, as I remembered that day. I sighed, then stopped. Shit. I have no idea where I am going from here!
In panic, I almost dropped Natsu. I didn't want to stay near this house. This house was not a fun one. But I had no idea where to go. I walked across the street and there sat a cold black bench in front of the forest. I settled Natsu on the bench, and I scooted over, sitting on the other side. He slept halfway off the bench. Without realizing it....I fell asleep too.
