"Angie! Angie! Angie wake up, you sleepy head!" Emma yelled.

"Huh? What is it?" I said groggily, struggling to keep my eyes open.

"We're almost there! Come on get ready!" She yelled again prodding my shoulder like a cat.

"Oh wow that's great now let me sleep," I said falling back to sleep.

"ANGIE OH NO ALVIN SAW US COMING! THE MUTANTS ARE SWIMMING TOWARDS US! AHHHHH!" I heard Rebecca's voice scream.

"What! How!" I yelled getting out of my bed. Rebecca grinned with satisfaction "Haha, sweet revenge!"

"You little..." I said biting my tongue. I'll get her for that.

"Now get dressed and meet us on the main deck," Emma and Rebecca stormed out of my cabin together.

I changed out of my candy pjs and ran upstairs where I heard Arthur giving orders to the group. Arthur being serious for once? What a surprise!

"Alright but we need a battle plan. Alvin's army is probably almost ready, we can't just charge in there with the Remedium and administer it, we'll get killed!" He reasoned once I got close enough to make out words.

"Emma round up the Waratukans and tell them to prepare for battle," Dorothy joined him. Emma ran away on command.

"Rebecca you know what to do with the Remedium right? Once we get to shore, you're going to dig a hole and pour it in, ok? You have the most important job, don't mess it up!" Arthur whispered. Wow Arthur, great encouragement.

Everything seemed to be going smoothly, until Matt squinted in the direction of shore. He reached into his camouflage backpack and pulled out a telescope which I hadn't even saw him bring. "Uhh, guys? There's something on the shore...."

"What do you mean? What would be on the shore?" I said taking the telescope out of his hand. Just when everything's going to plan... Why does it have to be like that?

I looked through the telescope and focused on the shore. Matt was right. "He's right. It's Alvin and his army. And they're waiting for us."

"No! How did they know? It's not right!" Rebecca yelled, her hope dwindling away.

"I'll go tell General Subcin, you guys stay here and prepare for battle. Let's get our Earth back!" I called back already running downstairs to General Subcin.

My heart felt like it wanted to break out of my chest. I can't believe this is really happening. Even though I was running as fast as I could, I felt like I wasn't moving anywhere.

Finally, I reached the general's cabin. "GENERAL SUBCIN! GENERAL SUBCIN!" I screamed urgently.

He opened the door "Yes, what is it?"

"It's A-alvin," I stuttered, the words coming to my mind faster than my mouth could speak them. "He's waiting for us and he has an army at the shore."

He looked concerned and then smiled "I was prepared for this, come inside." I walked inside and he brought me over to a table with a map on it. "We're here, and Alvin is here," He started, pointing to each location on the map. Then he pulled up a diagram of the boat. "You see, this is our best warship, the W.S. Colverstone. On the front of the ship, we have two large cannons, that can reach the shore from here. We can blow them away instantly."

"But that might ruin the ground for the remedium. They said it had to be administered on flat, solid ground,"

"Oh, right," He seemed worried. "Warn the troops. Make sure they're ready to fight once we get to shore, and even before,"

At that I ran out of the room and down where Emma was getting the troops ready. I watched from the doorway for a second to see how Emma was doing. "OK! READY! AIM......FIRE!" Boom! Emma had them shooting their guns at practice targets.

I walked over and whispered to Emma "I need to tell them something, do you mind?"

"Yeah no problem," She whispered back, then yelled to the troops "EVERYONE LISTEN UP!"

I guessed that was my cue. "Alvin is waiting for us at the shore, with his army. You guys must be prepared to fight at the moment we get to shore and even before then,"

The warriors looked at me and then saluted saying "Yes ma'am!" Then they started training even harder than they did before. Bullets were flying everywhere. I hope Emma will be ok. Eh, she'll be fine.

I ran back upstairs and saw Arthur still standing there giving orders to other soldiers. I jogged over to him "What could I do?"

He looked around "I think we've got everything covered. Just prepare yourself for battle."

I sighed in relief "Good, my mouth is as dry as a desert."

I ran downstairs again, this time going back to my cabin. I searched in my bag, looking for my Gatorade. At last I found it and drank up as my taste buds thanked me. I looked out my window and saw that the ship was getting closer and closer to shore. I needed to prepare myself to fight. I remembered the only thing that helped me be fierce. I got myself mad. Nobody likes you Angie. What are you gonna do about it? You're so bad at everything. Blah blah blah. I stormed out of my cabin and up to the main deck. As I got there, so did the troops. We pulled up on shore where Alvin was waiting for us.

"So you came crawling back to me! Aha! I knew you couldn't last out there alone!" He boasted.

I grinned "Yes Alvin. And this time, we brought you some friends."

"Friends? Where!" Alvin evilly grinned. Then I stepped back and motioned to the warriors to step forward. Alvin's expression darkened "A-are those th-the Waratukans?"

"Yes," I said. "And we're here to Take. You. Down."

General Subcin ordered for his troops to charge. The battle was in full swing. Bullets flying everywhere, men screaming. I saw Rebecca run off the boat, Arthur by her side. I decided to help them. They have the most important job, if they fail it's over. I can't let that happen. I sprinted down from the boat and onto dry land. I wanted to just lay there and enjoy being in America again, but I figured that wouldn't be too smart at a time like this.

"Rebecca! Arthur! Wait up!" I called urgently as I sprinted to them. "We're in this together!"

"Then let's go!" Rebecca said as we ran together to where we thought was a good spot. Then my heart stopped as I noticed something. Alvin was laughing hysterically. I looked around and noticed that the Waratukans were losing.

Then I looked up at Alvin, who bellowed "Haha! You thought you could defeat me with your puny army! Well think again!"

I saw Rebecca who had just finished digging the hole. I winked at her and said "You're right Alvin! We thought we could. But guess what? We still can! Now Rebecca!"

As I gave her the command, Rebecca uncapped the orange liquid and dumped it into the hole. Nothing happened at first, just as Octavian had said back at the Waratukan's castle. Just then a huge, slightly transparent force field like thing burst out from the hole. Alvin's mutant army started dropping like flies. One by one they got hit with this sparkly force field and fell to the ground, lifeless. As me and Rebecca stared in shock, as well as general Subcin, Alvin started screaming "WHAT IS THIS MADNESS!" as he saw his army slowly deplete. Suddenly, the force field got to Alvin. Everyone watching stared in confusion as nothing happened. After staring in silence we heard Alvin grumble between clenched teeth "I......can't......move....."

We all cheered and laughed and celebrated. We had defeated Alvin and his army of mutants. Rebecca, Arthur and I found the rest of our friends and had a big happy group hug. I don't know when the Earth will heal, or if it will ever heal, but if there was one thing I did know, it was quite an adventure.
