Selena's P.O.V

"I want to go with...selena." Alex says.  "Well, judgement to the plaintiff, Alex is now under full costody of Mz.Gomez. case dismissed." she tappes the gavel.  "NO! I LOVE HER!" My mom yells.  I look at her and say three simple words that shock her.  "let.her.go!" I say.  "how can you say that?!" she yells.  "That's exactly what you said to me when you were kicking Harry out." I say and Harry comes from behind me with his hand around my waist.  "why can't you just be happy for me mother, he cares about me, he loves me and I love him." I say.  "selena please, he doesn't love you, as soon as he gets into your pants he'll leave you." she says I gasp.  "no, don't talk about him like that! he loves me!" I say.  "hmm, hmm.  sleep with him and see what happens." she says.  "You are not fit to take care of Alex, your a whore, and so is he, you can't provide for her." she says, I feel tears swell in my eyes.  "how can you say that?! don't you love me?! or do you wish you only had Alex, not me." I say with tears in my eyes.  "I do love you and I want the best for you, but if you weren't here then Alex would be with me and he will find some other slut to toy with." she says, I start sobbing.  "let's go selena, it's not worth it." he soothes, I just sob more.  "go ahead Harry, calm her then get into her pants and leave her." my mom says.  "don't-" I cut Harry off.  "FYI I've been drunk yet he didn't take advantage of me, he took me home and let me sleep." I say.  "how do you know? you were drunk, did you wake up in different clothes? he could have changed you." she says carelessly.  "I know he wouldn't do that, I trust him." I say.  "you have no proof, how do you know you didn't sleep with him while you were drunk?" she asks.  "I know! I know because the rest of the night Harry was in the living room, watching tv.  I wasn't drunk, I know." Niall says.  "oh please your covering for him." she states.  I just start sobbing and fall to the floor, Alex runs up to me and hugs me while I'm on the ground.  "and you! how could you want to be with selena instead of me, the one who raised you, your own mother?" she yells.  "I don't know much about relationships, but I know she loves Harry and is more than able to provide for me! you took Harry from her! you took Jake from me! selena was more understanding than you!" Alex yells.  "oh! I see! you wanna stay with her to be like her and sleep with Jake too."  mother says.  Alex gasps.  "we're leaving! you obviously don't love your daughters!" Harry yells and pulls me with him, I in his arms sobbing, the boys following.  "Harry, why does she hate me?" I sob.  "I don't know baby." he says while rubbing circles on my back.  when we get home, me and harry decide to just stay in bed,  just to relax.

*the next day*

I wake up feeling horrible.  its 10:00am  I walk into the bathroom and look in the mirror.  "ahh, ugh, who am I?" I whisper to myself with slight disquist.  my hair is messy, my eyes are bloodshot and I look like I died.  I decide to take a shower.  after my shower I change into sweats and a tank.  I walk to the kitchen to make breakfast.  I decide to make pancakes.  when I'm done it smells so good, and then I hear... "FOOD!!!!!" Niall and Alex come running in.  "whoa dere, guys! this is for me! if you want some you must...agree to do all my chores for the next week, and I'll make a great breakfast everyday." I bargain, they look at each other and nod.  "DEAL!" they both yell and run to the food.  "guys! save some for other people!" I yell and the rest of the gang joins us.  "oooooo, pancakes." Louis says in a creepy voice.  "my precious." he says creeply.  "NOOOO! SAVE SOME FOR US!!!!" Liam yells.  Harry comes from behind me and wraps his arms around my waist.  "morning, beautiful." he says in his super sexy morning voice.  "morning." I say with a smile.  "whoa! these pancakes are amazing." Louis explains.  "thanks." I say.  "guys stop eating them all, im hungery to!" Harry whines and I smile.  "what would you like to do today, selena?" Harry asks.  I cant tell them what I planned.  "uhm, I have to go out you guys can do whatever you want, but can you keep an eye on Alex while I'm gone?" I ask my boyfriend.  "sure, anything." he says.  I go get ready and take off after saying goodbye to the boys and Alex.  I hope this goes well. 

authors Note:  hey guys! sorry I haven't updated in awhile, this is gonna sound silly but I got grounded because I walked with a friend to go home.  well my phone was dead and I asked a friend to call for me but she put in the wrong number, blah blah blah, I end up getting grounded, tada! I'm still grounded but I'm sneaking on my phone, I'll update ASAP.  ;)
