"Merlin's Beard, the bell for the end of fourth period will ring soon!", the Ravenclaw exclaims in shock as she looks at the old muggle wristwatch given to her by Lily.

"Come on Remus, we don't want to be in Professor McGonagall's bad books", utters Aurora and Remus scoffs good-heartedly at his study partner as he quickly packs up his things.

"Aurora Aphrodite Goldstein, I doubt you could ever be in McGonagall's 'bad books' as you call it. You're her favourite student, and you're a Ravenclaw!", Remus exclaims in mock exasperation and Aurelia cringes significantly at the use of her middle name, but playful nudges the mouse-brown haired boy as the duo make their way to their transfiguration room in the South Tower.

Chatting away, the pair were quite content with their situation when a specific boy with deep grey eyes interrupts their peace with the sound of his voice.

"MO—REEEEMMUUUS!!!!", the obnoxious yelling of Sirius Black is heard behind the pair, causing Remus to look at his coco colour-haired friend with a regretful look on his face.

"It's okay, we are here anyway", she smiles at Remus, already accustom to this treatment from Sirius.

"Good afternoon professor!", Aurora greets McGonagall walking into the classroom in a rush before the elder Black sibling comes near, interrupting the boy as he opens his mouth to protest.

Shaking his head at the girl who runs off to her seat beside Lily Evans he frowns as he walks over to his. Unfortunately Sirius had been watching intently at their interaction.

"Moony why do you associated yourself with her?!", Sirius spits out the word 'her' in distaste, Remus looking at his mate in disappointment.

"Padfoot, if you got to know her again you would know she isn't like your family or any of those purebloods. Merlin, she's best friends with a muggleborn and half-blood who aren't in her house!", Remus begins to defend Aurora, but it is in vain as Sirius waves him off.

"Nonsense Moony, you see dear Aurora Blackthorne is only using them to appear sweet and kind. You do not see this as unfortunately you have been deceived", Sirius pats Remus on the back sympathetically. Rolling his eyes the boy with the scars on his face turns his attention to the writing on the board mumbling quietly, "Goldstein", feeling sorry for his Ravenclaw friend.
