christmas time rolled around before they even knew it. on christmas, they would both spend the morning at their own houses and then go to dallon's house for dinner.
for christmas, brendon got a new phone, some camera lens, some clothes, and some other smaller things.
before leaving to go to dallon's, brendon got changed into a christmas sweater and some black skinny jeans.
dallon opened the door when they showed up, wearing the same sweater as brendon. he has a kid sitting on his shoulders, messing with his hair, which had now grown out from the buzz cut it was.
"you can't be serious." dallon laughed looking at brendon's sweater.
"one of us is going to have to change." brendon comments.
brendon holds out a wrapped present to dallon. "merry christmas."
dallon takes the kid off his shoulders and taking the gift. "brendon, this is my nephew, jonah."
brendon couches down to the little boys height. "it's nice to meet you, jonah."
the boy smiles and holds out a monster truck to brendon. brendon takes it commenting on the looks of the truck.
"come on why don't we go play in the living room." dallon said. jonah listened and ran into the other room.
"this is my boyfriend, brendon." dallon introduces him to his brother and his girlfriend and his other brother and his wife.
"nice to finally meet you, brendon. dallon talks about you all the time." says the brother with the girlfriend. brendon smiles and looks at dallon who looks at his feet.
suddenly jonah enters the room. "come on, let's play." he grabs brendon's larger hand with his small one.
"he's a great guy, dal." his brother compliments.
"i know." dallon says, looking to him for a second before turning back to brendon and the young boy playing with trucks in the living room.
