A/N, sorry for the wait! I got sick after i visited my grandma in the hospital. picture on the side is Emily's brides maid dress for the wedding!

Chapter 14

My eyes shot open when I heard a loud boom out side of the bedroom and a few cuss words. The smell of bacon hitting my nose caused me to get up. I stretched before getting up and walking to the kitchen area. There was a plate with eggs, toast, and bacon. By the small cup of orange juice was a small piece of paper with my name on it., I heard the bathroom door open as I took a seat and started to eat the toast.

“I’m sorry, did I wake you up?” Adam asked from behind me.

“Nope.” I said, afraid to turn around after the night we previously had. I was so close to kissing him.

“Noah and I are going to get a surprise ready for Emma, also she is on her way, and so be prepared for her nerves.” I laughed but continued to eat.

“I’ll see you at the wedding Brides maid.” He said, laughing.  I turned to look at him.

“You too, best man.” I mimicked. He left leaving me in silence. I picked at my eggs and drank the rest of my orange juice. I heard a knock on the door before Emma came running in. Her eyes widened when she looked at me.

“We’re late already and you’re not even dressed! We have so much to do today!” She shouted, running into the room and going through my clothes. I laughed as I put my dish in the sink and walked into the room.

“Here.” She said, throwing me a simple dress that would be fast to put on.

“First we are getting manicures and pedicures and then we are going to find you a killer dress, and then I need to go get waxing and I need you as moral support and then we need to get our hair done and then after that depending on the time, we need to get our makeup done and meet up at the beach with the planner to make sure everything is going according to plan and then I need to introduce you to my brother Jayden and my friends Toby, and Becky and maybe this guy named Bryson, oh my gosh… what if he can’t make it and-”  I put my hand over her mouth making her stop.

“Calm down. We are going to do this one step at a time alright?” I said, being completely serious. She shook her head as I let my hand drop and walked to the bathroom to change into the dress super fast. Once I was done we were ready to go.

The driver took us to this really nice place with Hawaiian ladies asking us what we wanted done with our nails.

“I want a French tip, but with a sparkly silver lining on the bottom of the white. Emily will get just a white tip please.” I nodded my head in agreement. We took our seats as they started on our hands. She was getting acrylic nails but since mine were already long enough I didn’t need to. It took a total of two hours for her to get her nails done. I just let mine dry for half an hour.

“For our feet we would just like it to be the same as our nails.” The Hawaiian ladies smiled at us before they started to trim our toe nails and massage our legs. I kept laughing because it tickled most of the time.

“So what is going on with you and Adam?” She asked. I looked at her twice for her words to register in my mind.

“W-What do you mean?” I asked, confused.

“Don’t play stupid. We saw you guys last night lying down in the rain.” I’m almost positive my face turned red as she said that.

“Because I tripped in the sand and fell, I wanted to be a jerk so I pulled him down with me.” I said, telling the truth. Just then I felt the familiar feel of nail polish as I looked down to watch the lady paint my nails.
