Chapter 6

Venus P.O.V.

Mikey, I believe, stood a little ways away, his eyes wide. He looked, what was the word? Scared. Yes, that was it, scared.

I looked down at my attacker and saw the tall turtle whose name I couldn't remember. I sighed and got up off of him as he gasped for air.

Mikey immediately ran to him. "Are you okay, bro?"

"Yeah. I-I'm fine." He breathed heavily. "Just give me second.."

I just stood there and watched everything like I usually do. But apparently I wasn't supposed to do that.

Mikey looked over at me, "Why are you just standing there, staring? It's kinda creepy."

Creepy? What does that mean?

I shifted and looked down at my feet, maybe he just didn't want me to look at him.

"What's going on?" I looked back to see the leader of the other mutants.

"Yeah," the other one came out also, rubbing his eyes, "What are you all doing? It's three in the morning!"

"It's fine guys." The tall turtle sat up. "Really, just go back to bed."

The leader looked hesitant. "You sure?"

"Yeah, absolutely. We got it all under control." Mikey said, pushing his brothers back to bed.

One of the mutants muttered something, I don't know what it was he said, but I know not to wake them up anymore.

The tall one stood up and rolled his right shoulder. "Okay, that's enough excitement for tonight. You should really go to sleep this time." He pulled me over to the couch and got me to lay back down. "I don't know what you were doing and why you started attacking me, but you really just need to get some rest."

"Yeah! What D said!" The tall turtle jumped.

"Mikey!"

"What? I just wanted to say goodnight to Vee." The small turtle walked towards me and threw a blanket on over me.

"Vee?"

"Yeah. Short for Venus."

The tall turtle sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. "You already gave her a name-? You know what, j-just go to bed." He walked away mumbling to himself.

Mikey just ignored him though. "I didn't know if you had a name, so I just decided to give you one anyway. You like it?"

Venus. I guess it's okay. It sure is weird though.

I nodded.

"Good! It was hard to come up with, I had to look through Master Splinter's art book to pick out the perfect name for you. Anyways!" He said, standing up. "I'd better get to bed. Goodnight, Venus!" And with that, he walked off down the hall.

I didn't really know what to think of all this new information I've gotten tonight. So I just pushed them aside, closed my eyes, and fell into a deep sleep.

Yay an update!!! I meant to post this sooner but I've been a little busy lately.
Anyways, hope you guys enjoyed this. The next update will be in a week or two (Hooray!). And once school ends I will be able to post sooner, which means more chapters.
